The Master Lantern Maker can only have one successor and his Students need your help! Collect Firefly Lights so they can create an extra special lantern to impress their Master. And don't forget to enjoy the Fireflies and Night Petals throughout Tir Chonaill! Check out the details below.
[h2]Event Details[/h2]
Event Dates: Thursday, July 7th, After Maintenance - Thursday, August 4th, Before Maintenance

• During the event, you will receive the quest, [Guide] Passing the Torch.
• Talk to the Master Lantern Maker in Tir Chonaill.
• Register a main character with the Master Lantern Maker.
• You can only register one character per account.
• Once completed, you will receive the following rewards:
  • 10,000 EXP
  • 3,000 Gold
• Additionally, after registering a main character, a Crystalumen Potion is added to your inventory once every 10 minutes after 7 AM PDT, in real-time every day.
  • You can receive up to 5 each day.
  • The Crystalumen Potion is only added to the main character's inventory.
  • Time does not reset when you change channels, re-login, or rebirth, but the time in the Soul Stream does not count.
  • The Crystalumen Potion is used to crystalize Firefly Light, which is needed to complete the quest.
  • It can only be used between 8 PM and 4 AM Erinn time.
  • It can only be used in Tir Chonaill.
• All event quests and items, including the Firefly Box, will be removed when the event ends.

[h2]Daily Quest - Some Light Work[/h2]

• The daily quest resets every day at 7 AM PDT.
• Talk to one of the Master's Students to select which student you will help on that day. You can only help one student per day.
• Once completed, you will earn the following rewards:
  • 10,000 EXP
  • 3,000 Gold
  • Firefly Coin x30

[h2]Completion Quest - The Lantern Maker's Successor[/h2]

• Help the Master's Students complete their lanterns by completing their daily quest, "Some Light Work" a total of 5 times.
• To help all the students, you would need to complete the daily quest a total of 20 times (5 times for each of the four students).
• You will earn the following rewards after helping out each student:
  • Master's First Student: Firefly Coin x25
  • Master's Second Student: Firefly Coin x25
  • Master's Third Student: Firefly Coin x25
  • Master's Fourth Student: Firefly Coin x25
• Once you have completed the completion quest, you will earn the following rewards:
  • 10,000 EXP
  • 3,000 Gold
  • Firefly Coin x50
  • *NEW* Memory of the Fairies 2nd Title Coupon
    • Luck +30
• After completing the quest, you can still collect and deliver Firefly Lights. 
  • Talk to the Master Lantern Maker and select [Firefly Light].
  • Deliver 5 Firefly Lights to receive the following rewards:
    • Firefly Coin x30
    • Firefly Box x3

Great Era of Commerce Part 1

• Trade has now been expanded into Iria! For full details, check out the Great Era of Commerce Part 1 update on its dedicated webpost.
  • 8 new Trading Posts have been added in Iria.
  • There are new NPCs in Iria as part of the Iria Trade Association.
  • There are new daily quests related to Commerce.
  • 3 new transportation methods have been added.
  • 2 new ports have been added.
  • A new Seasonal Commerce system has been added.
  • Seasonal Ducats are a new type of currency that can be used for trading during a season.
  • The Seasonal Commerce Rank Board has been added.
  • Seasonal Rank Rewards have been added.
  • The Outlaw Pursuit Wanted Board bounty tracking system has been revamped.
  • 7 new Outlaws have been added.

The following changes have been made to the game:

• The naming format of the “Increases Attack Delay” Set Effect has been changed to “Attack Delay Reduction”.
• The training method of Commerce Mastery has been changed from Ducats to Seasonal Ducats.

The following bug fixes have been made to the game:

• Fixed an issue where the Production Boost Potion's effect disappeared before calculating the production success rate.
• Fixed an issue where when you entered Tech Duinn or Baltane Elite Missions, the passes with shorter expiration would appear first in the selection UI.
• Fixed an issue with active Personal Shops displaying untranslated text when holding down the Alt key.
• Fixed an issue with two Red Flame Fire Dragons appearing in the Transformation Diary UI.
• Fixed an issue where the journal achievement for completing 1,000 crafts was stating 100 crafts.
• Fixed an issue where several menus and buttons in the Production Crafting Diary had text that was cut-off or was overlapping.
• Fixed some Weaving crafting recipes that were incorrectly labeled:
  • Fabric -> Cheap Fabric
  • Common Fabric: Make Fabric (Normal) -> Make Fabric (Common)
  • Silk -> Cheap Silk
  • Common Silk: Make Silk (Normal) -> Make Silk (Common)
  • The material for crafting Ice Silk was incorrect; Cold Thread -> Frost Thread
• Sewing Patterns and Blacksmith manuals showing no data have been fixed and can now be used. Crafting these items will also collect them in the Production Diary.

The following are known bugs:

• There is an issue where you cannot Friend Summon using Fynn Pets. It will show the error, "Unavailable because the owner has opened a Personal Shop".
• Some players' hotkeys and pet menu settings reset after logging out.
• During the Kraken Rex boss fight, Kraken Rex will use an attack that will cause players to lose protection, semi-permanently, until they change channels or relog.
• There is a typo in the Finishing Materials list when crafting the Dustin Silver Knight Greaves.
• There is a known issue where some players are unable to obtain the G1 quest "Find Goro's Ring".
• There is an issue where certain G3 cutscenes will not play, but still charge gold.
• There is an issue where the Today Visitor Count does not reset to 0. When a visiting character visits the Homestead, the Today and Total Count accumulates normally.
• The available upgrades in the Item Upgrade may overlap in the UI if the window is increased.
• Homestead Anvils and Furnaces have settings to allow visitors to use them, but do not actually restrict the use of the items.
• There is a slight graphical error where part of the hose is missing when a William or Butler Partner uses the Water Hose gesture.
• Some Partner gestures that have them holding a weapon will appear as though the weapon is disconnected and floating.
• There are Partner gestures that do not activate when a Partner has something equipped in their left hand.
• There is an issue after using the Thunder skill, the character can't charge Thunder again until after the Thunder bolt hits/damages enemies.
• If you try to change your style to an appearance already saved in a Beauty Slot, it will say it failed.
• There is a minor visual issue with the Beauty Slot text if you scroll up and down after expanding the Beauty Slot.
• The outline color when clicking on an empty Beauty Slot is incorrect.
• There is text cut-off in the Buy Item UI when buying the Royal Society Appreciation Box from Melwyn.
• The inventory image for the Mace of Mercy is incorrect.
• Feeding a Pet Instructor Stick to a Level 100 Spirit weapon will cause the character to freeze.
• If you had a unicode heart on your wedding ring, the heart appears as a question mark.
• The Shaggy Perm hairstyle can be saved in a Beauty Slot.
• Cobweb Mummy enemies do not appear in the Alby Advanced Dungeon.
• Guilds are not appearing in the Guild List.
• When you first open the Master Plan Inventory, it will incorrectly show as locked. Closing and reopening the inventory will fix the issue.
• There is a minor graphical issue with the Special Shining Stage Concert Costume (M) when the character equipped with the outfit is running.
• Scathach's hands do not match her skin color.
• The Tail Chasers mini-game in Festia is currently inaccessible.
• A character's neck will become detached from their body when wearing the Mysterious Thief outfit.
• Guild stones can be placed very close to each other.
• Existing Guilds cannot create guild stones or invite new members.
• Some players have encountered an issue when using Fynn Sync for Corgi pets.
  • A further uncommon issue can occur where placing items into the pet's inventory will disappear.
