• During the event, you will receive the quest, [Guide] Kristell’s Calling.
• Find Kristell at the Dunbarton Church.
• Register a main character with Kristell.
• You can only register one character per account.
• You will receive the following rewards after completing [Guide] Kristell's Calling:
  • 10,000 EXP
  • Moonlit Eweca and Ladeca Amulet x1
  • Onyx x1
  • Moonlight Coin x1
• As a main character, you will be eligible to investigate the strange energy through a series of quests and obtain rewards along the way!
• All event quests and event items will be removed when the event ends.

• There are several story quests that you can complete during the event period.

• There are several story quests that you can complete during the event period.

    • You will receive a 1st Title depending on your dialogue choices during the quest. 
    • Note: If you’ve received a 1st Title from the 2019 event before, the title will be replaced with the title received from the 2022 event.

  • Onyx x5
  • Fine Onyx x1
  • Additional State Stone (Regular) x1

[h2]Daily Quest Details[/h2]
Kristell’s Request 

• To unlock the daily quest, you will need to complete the Part 1 Story quest, [Event] Tracking the Moonlight
• Each day, you will receive the Daily Quest, [Event] Kristell’s Request (Daily) 
• Use the Yellow Event Wings (Strange Wardobe) to go to the event area quickly.
• Complete Pino’s Missions in the Moonlight Room to receive the quest items required complete the quest. 
  • You will also receive 1 Onyx or 1 Fine Onyx when completing the mission.
• You will receive the following rewards after completing the daily quest:
  • 50,000 EXP
  • Moonlit Eweca & Ladeca Amulet x1
  • Sluether Token x1
    • Sleuther Tokens can be exchanged with Maydi for 1 Onyx per Token.
  • Onyx x5
  • Moonlight Coin x5
• The event resets daily at 7:00 AM PDT.

Maydi’s Commissions

• After registering a main character, you will receive the quest, [Event] Stopping the Strange
• You will receive the following rewards after completing the quest:
  • 10,000 EXP
  • Moonlight Coin x1
  • Access to Maydi’s Commissions.
• Maydi will send out a commission by owl to you! 
• Stay logged in for 1 hour to receive the Maydi’s Commission item in your inventory.
• Use Maydi’s Commission to choose a commission to complete.
  • Mad Taitinn Carp can be fished from the Emain Macha Fishing area.
  • Gather Milk from a Mad Cow
  • Gather Wool from a Mad Sheep
  • Clear Today Mission Once (Daily Shadow Mission)
  • Go Fishing for Mad Taitinn Carp 
    • Mad Taitinn Carp can be fished from the Emain Macha Fishing area.
• You can only receive one commission at a time.
• You will receive the following rewards after completing a commission quest:
  • 15,000 EXP
  • 5,000 Gold
  • Divine Holy Water x1 
    • Divine Holy Water can be given to cursed Juju Dolls around Uladh.
    • Tir Chonaill Juju Doll: Onyx Box x1
    • Dunbarton Juju Doll: Purified Ore x1 (Gain 4,000 Exploration EXP when sold to NPC)
    • Emain Macha Juju Doll (Available during Part 2): Golden Experience Fruit (40%) x1

Worldly Courage (Available in Part 2)

• To unlock the daily quest, you will need to complete the Part 2 Story quest, [Event] The End, And…
• Each day, you will receive the Daily Quest, [Event] Worldly Courage (Daily) 
• Complete Chio’s Missions in the Moonlight Room to receive the quest items required complete the quest. 
  • You will also receive 1 Onyx or 1 Fine Onyx when completing the mission.
• You will receive the following rewards after completing the daily quest:
  • 50,000 EXP
  • Fine Onyx x1
  • Problem Solver Token x1
    • Problem Solver Tokens can be exchanged with Maydi for 1 Onyx per Token.
  • Onyx x5
  • Moonlight Coin x10
• The event resets daily at 7:00 AM PDT.
• You can get bonus rewards for every 3, 8, and 10 times you clear the [Event] Worldly Courage quest.
  • Talk to Brielle in the Moonlight Room to check the quest completion count.
  • Complete the quest 3 times: Additional Stat Stone (Secondary) x1
  • Complete the quest 7 times: Divine Holy Water x15
  • Complete the quest 10 times: Receive the [Event] Maydi’s Thanks quest.

[h2]Achievement Quest Details[/h2]
[Event] The Moonlight Truth Seeker

• To unlock the achievement quest, you will need to complete the Part 1 Story quest, [Event] Spread of the Strange
• Complete the quest objectives by completing the Part 1 and Part 2 Daily Quests.
  • (Part 1) Collect 3 Sleuther Tokens by completing the [Event] Kristell’s Request (Daily) quest 3 times or more.
  • (Part 2) Collect 3 Problem Solver Tokens by completing the [Event] Worldly Courage (Daily) quest 7 times or more.
• You will receive the following rewards after completing the achievement quest:
  • 100,000 EXP
  • 20,000 Gold
  • Moonlight Coin x40
  • Halloween Brielle’s Bed
  • *NEW* Moon and the Sundrop 2nd Title Coupon
    • Max Damage +15
    • Magic Attack +20
    • Critical +10%
    • Defense +10
    • Protection +10
    • Magic Defense +10
    • Magic Protection +10
    • Music Buff Effect +4
    • The stat bonuses granted by this title lasts for 21 days after the coupon has been used, but you can continue to use the title after that without the stats.

[Event] Maydi’s Thanks

• To unlock the quest, complete the [Event] Worldly Courage (Daily) quest 10 times to receive the [Event] Maydi’s Thanks quest.
• You will receive the following rewards after completing the quest:
  • 30,000 EXP
  • Divine Holy Water x10
  • Additional Stat Stone (Secondary) x1
  • Halloween Eccentric Workshop Bench

[h2]Halloweekend Hot Days[/h2]

• During the event period, every weekend, Hotday rewards will be available!
• Only the main character can participate in the hotday.
• You will receive a reward by logging in each day during the event period.
• Claim the item from the Hotday menu to receive it on your character or choose Claim Later if you want to receive it later.
• You can only claim the item once during the event period.
• The reward can be claimed any time on the day from 12:00 AM PDT ~ 11:59 PM PDT.

[h2]Moonlight Coin Exchange[/h2]

• Exchange Moonlight Coins with Maydi (Dunbarton Church) or Gillach (Moonlight Room) for various rewards!
• The items available in the Moonlight Coin Exchange Shops will unlock with Part 1 and Part 2.

Known Issue: After the 9/29 maintenance, there is an issue where the amount of balloons delivered to Zeno has not been reset from Week 1 to Week 2. Additionally, there is an issue where claiming the Balloon Festival Gift Box distributes Stage 1 rewards instead of Stage 4 rewards. These issues are under further investigation and additional updates will be provided. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Field Raid Improvements

• Several changes have been added to the Field Raid system. See the full post for more information: Field Raid Improvements
  • Changes to the Field Raid schedules have been made.
  • Field Raid Announcements have been improved with more detailed information.
  • Contribution quests have been renewed.
  • Earn Field Raid Mementos when defeating Field Raid monsters and exchange them for materials.

September Quality of Life Updates:

• Several quality of life changes have been added. See the full post for more information: September Quality of Life Updates
  • Improvements to Enchanting and Special Upgrades have been added: 
  • Improvements have been made to the Inventory Search function with a new Inventory list menu and new item tags. 
  • UI Improvements have been added for Synthesis, Fragmentation, Metal Conversion, and Mana Crystallization
  • The flashy effects for skill rank-up, Critical Hits, Meteor Strike, etc. have been reduced.
  • You can now sell Fynni Pet Whistles all at once to Fionnait.
  • And more!

The following changes have been made to the game:

• As announced, prior to the upcoming NX Merge, changes to the Trade Restriction Protection system have been made.
  • For security reasons, there are restrictions on how NX can be spent. When NX is purchased for the first time on an account and when certain other criteria are met, the Trade Restriction Protection begins and a 4-day restriction timer is started on the account. The account will be restricted from certain trade-related actions in-game. Players will be notified in-game when attempting the restricted trade actions.
• The criteria in place that requires a certain Cumulative Level limit to purchase certain Cash items in the Mabinogi Item Shop have been removed.
• Information regarding Enchant Burning has been added to the Enchant and Campfire Skill Descriptions and several related menus. 
• With the August update, there were several issues with Campfire Spirit contents. Since these changes were not stable, the following changes have been removed:
  • Gifts from some NPCs had been changed.
  • You could invite some NPCs that hadn't officially been added.
• Fixed a typo in the mini-map for Errans Gorge name.
• Fixed an issue with not being able to end the dialogue with the Fashion Contest Helper.
• Fixed an issue where the Cherry Delight 2nd title appeared untranslated.
• Fixed a typo in the listed items for Finishing Materials for Dustin Silver Knight Greaves.
• Fixed an issue in south Pantay Swamp mini-map where Lutra River appeared untranslated.
• Fixed an issue in La Terra Highland mini-map with the Mana Tunnel appearing untranslated.

The following are known issues:

• There is an issue where you cannot Friend Summon using Fynn Pets. It will show the error, "Unavailable because the owner has opened a Personal Shop".
• During the Kraken Rex boss fight, Kraken Rex will use an attack that will cause players to lose protection, semi-permanently, until they change channels or relog.
• There is a known issue where some players are unable to obtain the G1 quest "Find Goro's Ring".
• There is an issue where certain G3 cutscenes will not play, but still charge gold.
• There is an issue where the Today Visitor Count does not reset to 0. When a visiting character visits the Homestead, the Today and Total Count accumulates normally.
• The available upgrades in the Item Upgrade may overlap in the UI if the window is increased.
• Homestead Anvils and Furnaces have settings to allow visitors to use them, but do not actually restrict the use of the items.
• There is a slight graphical error where part of the hose is missing when a William or Butler Partner uses the Water Hose gesture.
• Some Partner gestures that have them holding a weapon will appear as though the weapon is disconnected and floating.
• There are Partner gestures that do not activate when a Partner has something equipped in their left hand.
• There is an issue after using the Thunder skill, the character can't charge Thunder again until after the Thunder bolt hits/damages enemies.
• If you try to change your style to an appearance already saved in a Beauty Slot, it will say it failed.
• There is a minor visual issue with the Beauty Slot text if you scroll up and down after expanding the Beauty Slot.
• The outline color when clicking on an empty Beauty Slot is incorrect.
• There is text cut-off in the Buy Item UI when buying the Royal Society Appreciation Box from Melwyn.
• The inventory image for the Mace of Mercy is incorrect.
• Feeding a Pet Instructor Stick to a Level 100 Spirit weapon will cause the character to freeze.
• If you had a unicode heart on your wedding ring, the heart appears as a question mark.
• The Shaggy Perm hairstyle can be saved in a Beauty Slot.
• Cobweb Mummy enemies do not appear in the Alby Advanced Dungeon.
• Guilds are not appearing in the Guild List.
• When you first open the Master Plan Inventory, it will incorrectly show as locked. Closing and reopening the inventory will fix the issue.
• There is a minor graphical issue with the Special Shining Stage Concert Costume (M) when the character equipped with the outfit is running.
• Scathach's hands do not match her skin color.
• The Tail Chasers mini-game in Festia is currently inaccessible.
• Guild stones can be placed very close to each other.
• Some players have encountered an issue when using Fynn Sync for Corgi pets.
  • A further uncommon issue can occur where placing items into the pet's inventory will disappear.
• Found an issue with the Fahmes Ruin ranking rewards distribution and further investigation is in progress. If you are affected by this issue, please submit a Player Support Ticket.
• There are unnecessary line breaks within the Field Raid Messenger's dialogue.
• There are a few text discrepancies when a Field Raid boss monster attempts to recover or recovers from Pragarah and Brionac attacks.
• Several names of Enchant Scrolls that Stewart requests to exchange for Restoration Powder are incorrect.
  • Sheep Raising is Sheperd's, Excavator is Digger, Gusty is Windy, Boar is Wild Boar, and Earthling is Earthen
• Minimizing the game client for an extended period of time while at an active Field Raid may cause the window to stop responding.
