Patch Notes 104: Battleground Rewards

Roll on the end of March as your favorite game is getting a whole load of improvements that’ll bring you a lot of fun! Read all about patch 104 for yourself:
[h3]Instances[/h3]
The difficulty of the following instances has been adjusted to take into account the new gear:
* Pit of Petrax
* Ace Dungeons
* Celestial Arena
* Echoes of Aranea
We’ve also adjusted the rewards accordingly.
[h3]Battlegrounds[/h3]
* Instead of just 8 pieces of equipment, all 16 are now replaced—with balanced equipment.
* The balancing in the Corsairs’ Stronghold has been adjusted in line with the new equipment.
* Ranking trophies can no longer be used.
* Existing trophies and items exchanged for them can be sold.
**Ranking Rewards**
Rewards have been updated as follows:
* Corsairs’ Stronghold & Shore Hold
* Rank 1 across all classes: 60x Medal of Conflict
* Class-specific rank 1: 45x Medal of Conflict
* Class-specific rank 2–3: 30x Medal of Conflict
* Class-specific rank 4–10: 10x Medal of Conflict
* Class-specific rank 11–20: 5x Medal of Conflict
* Class-specific rank 21–50: 3x Medal of Conflict
* Champions’ Skyring
* Class-specific rank 1: 40x Medal of Conflict
* Class-specific rank 2–3: 10x Medal of Conflict
* Class-specific rank 4–10: 3x Medal of Conflict
* Class-specific rank 11–20: 1x Medal of Conflict
You can get the following items from the Medal of Conflict:
* Kaia’s Soul Cryolite
* Warrior Gear Enchantment Box
* Noctenium Infusion x1,000 Crate
* Superior Noctenium Refiner
* Emerald
* Fermented Calaberry Juice
[h3]User Interface Improvements[/h3]
* Item levels and Adventure Coins are shown on the character selection screen.
* Pit of Petrax can now be entered from the other capitals.
* The presentation of various dialogs/hints has been reworked (e.g. extraction, sending post, leaving a party, and using items).
* You can now zoom in and out of, hide, and turn the guides in instances.
* Partner Adventures now give better feedback on why they can’t be started.
* Instance matching information is now shown immediately in the lobby.
* The appearance of health bars can now be adjusted directly by clicking on the class icon.
* Box opening dialog
* The “Confirm” button becomes “Close” once all boxes have been opened.
* While the dialog is open, you can open a new type of box by clicking in the inventory without having to close the dialog first.
* The option to turn off the interface (for yourself) via the game options has been added.
[h3] Items[/h3]
* The cooldown of the Village Atlas has been reduced to 10 seconds.
* The sale price of rare and superior halidoms and relics has been reduced to 5 Gold.
* The display of item icons has been improved.
* The rarity is now shown with a border instead of just an arrow.
* Additionally, the background colors of the icons are being gradually adjusted—starting with a selection of commonly used items.
* Several useless recipes and items have been removed, and required materials have been adjusted so obsolete items are no longer required.
* Some fishing and partner/pet items are now tradeable.
* Some items have been removed from merchants (Puppy Figurine and Serghetto Box I).
[h3]System[/h3]
* The prioritization of resurrections has been revised:
* “Auto-resurrect” and “Resurrections by other players” are shown first. Then comes Neophyte Resuscitation.
* It is now also possible to use the “Unstuck” dialog when swimming.
* The synchronization of the position on the compass and the mini-map has been adjusted.
* Camera shake is now adjustable.
* Channels for little-used zones have been reduced.
* The levels of enemies that had been added to existing areas in Exodor have been adjusted.
[h3]Quests[/h3]
* Various texts for quests, NPCs, and links to zones in chat have been adjusted.
* Quests have been simplified to focus on the story and to reduce the need to teleport or run to different areas.
* Various improvements have been made to tutorial quests and their completion.
* Single-player Vanguard Initiative quests have been simplified.
