We’re happy to see you again in yet another devlog from ZOO Simulator! 🤩 We’re glad you chose to check what novelties we’ve been working on. This month we’ve been working on developing already existing mechanics. Besides that, we’ve prepared some new objects to share with you today! 👍

[h3]New object- bench 🪑[/h3]
To create a successful ZOO your guests’ comfort should be just as important as the animals’ you’re taking care of. 🙂 That’s where a small object like bench comes in handy. Place them strategically and people will appreciate the place even more! You can also decide to spend more money and choose to build fancier benches to make your ZOO look even better!


[h3]New object- trash can 🗑️[/h3]
Clean ZOO is happier ZOO. Trash cans are simple objects but at the same time they’re invaluable in maintaining cleanliness of the entire garden. Make sure there are enough so your guests can use them conveniently!

A nice addition to the ZOO. Keep your guests informed to help them reach their destination no matter which animal they want to watch next.


[h3]New food types- meat 🍖 & fish 🐟[/h3]
Some animals require a specific diet. To make sure they stay healthy and strong we’ve introduced two new types of food tailored for your carnivorous. This will undoubtedly make even the fussiest animal satisfied.


[h3]New feature- key binding ⌨️ [/h3]
You’ve been telling us about the shortcomings of the current key binds. We can’t tell you what controls are the best to play our game as it’s an individual preference. That’s why we’ve introduced the possibility to rebind keys. This way you’ll be able to adjust the controls to meet your preferences perfectly!

First of all, we’d like to thank everyone who took part in the latest Platest of ZOO Simulator Prologue! ❤️‍ We’re grateful for all your feedback- it gave us a lot of insight into your expectations towards the game. This is why today’s devlog is going to be a short one, as we’re currently focusing on implementing many changes in the direction you’ve pointed us towards! 💪

Today we’ve got one novelty which answers some of your concerns you’ve voiced throughout your gameplay- lack of inventory space. That’s why to let you take better care of your animals quicker we’re introducing a backpack 🎒!


These additional 24 inventory slots will allow you to carry everything you might need during your everyday tours around the ZOO! 🚶

Be it some food, water or even tools- everything can be stored and taken out easily for your convenience! 🤩

We do hope that with the help of this new tool you’ll find taking care of your animals even easier!
