Add spanish and turkish language to menu. We reworked balance for easy and normal difficulty. Fix brightness configuration at first game start.

Fix ingame cinematics. Fix water and some VFX effects.

We descrease difficulty for 'EASY' leve - now it be more simple to play with that level of difficulty. Update 'Select' Icon for Steamdeck. Change player camera for more comfortable playing.
