- Changed "Gauntlet" to "Gauge" to keep the sections as verbs and to keep the alphabetic order scheme
- Added a "default cursor" toggle in settings -> controls if the custom cursor sucks for you
- New weapon: Railgun - instant long range shot that pierces parts (not obtainable yet for pvp/pve usage but can be tested in the sandbox)
- New stat: Penetration - x% where x is the percent of damage that will carry over to the next part in the path. If x is more than 100 then a subsequent part will also take (x - 100) damage

- You can no longer skip secondary tutorials from their intro popup, can click "Later" instead and they will show up the next time you play the game. Tutorials can still be skipped by hitting F5
- Evaluator, Flaunter, and Gauntlet are now disabled for beginners to avoid confusion. Each one has certain requirements to unlock (shown on tooltip) and clicking on them will fire off the appropriate tutorial

- Added a sound effect to tutorial steps, with left/right channel panning depending on the step's location on screen
- Changed button colors on tutorial steps
- Added a context option for builder parts to set them as default. A default part will be automatically equipped when a slot with its type appears
