Once Human Fair Play Policy

Dear Metas,
With the official launch on mobile platforms, the development team has optimized the definitions and penalties for various in-game violations. We will continue to refine the fair play rules alongside game updates.
Thank you for your continued support of Once Human. We are committed to providing a fair and healthy gaming environment to ensure a pleasant experience for all players.
Anti-Cheat Measures
The use of any cheats, third-party tools, or unfair practices that compromise game fairness is strictly prohibited. Confirmed violations will result in non-appealable account bans and the list of offenders will be announced regularly on our official website and other platforms. We encourage players to report violations through in-game channels to help maintain a fair gaming environment.
Penalty Category
For severe violations, we will impose account Forbidden.

Penalty Measures
Depending on the violation, we apply varying degrees of penalties:
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I appeal if I believe I was wrongly banned/muted?
A:
Method 1: On the Ban screen, look for the Appeal option, then follow the instructions to submit an appeal.
Method 2: Send an email to [email protected] and provide the banned account's information.
Q: Where can I report misconduct by other players?
A:
Method 1: In the game, go to the offending player's namecard, select More, and make a report.
Method 2: On PC, press ESC > Feedback & Customer Support to contact us, and provide the information and violations of the account you're reporting.
On mobile, follow the icons to make a report.

Method 3: Send an email to [email protected] and provide the information and violations of the account you're reporting.
Q: How do I check the result of a report?
A: After making a report, you will receive updates on it via in-game mail. We also regularly publish lists of penalized players.
Q: What if the player I reported wasn't penalized?
A: If you're unsatisfied with the outcome, gather more detailed evidence and resubmit your report. We will review the case based on the available evidence.
Q: If I lend my account to someone else and their actions lead to a ban, can the ban be lifted?
A: No. Penalties apply to accounts, not individuals. An account will be penalized if it demonstrates misconduct that negatively affects other players, regardless of who is using it. To prevent such issues, we strongly advise against sharing your account.
Q: I haven't used any cheats or hacks. Why was I penalized?
A: Once Human has a strict zero-tolerance policy against cheating. Downloading, installing, or attempting to use third-party tools with illicit functions will result in a permanent ban.
Q: Why did I get banned upon logging in?
A: Logging in from unauthorized devices or under suspicious circumstances may result in a ban.

To keep Once Human fair and secure, cooperation between developers and players is essential. We do not tolerate any behavior that undermines the game's balance. Confirmed violations will be penalized, and the list of penalized players will be announced on our website. We are committed to maintaining a positive gaming environment for our players.
Thank you for your support and understanding!

Once Human Version 1.4.4 Bug Fixes (April 16)

Dear Metas,
Since the official release of Once Human version 1.4.4, we have been gathering community feedback and actively addressing your concerns. Here are the latest fixes we have implemented:
1. Fixed an issue where players could not complete the Scenario Challenge that requires them to put ornamental fish in Fish Tanks in their territories.
2. Fixed an issue where players in some regions needed to log in to Eternaland before they could enter a non-shutdown server. Players can now log in to non-shutdown servers directly.
3. Added a dynamic difficulty system to Lunarspawn based on player feedback. Lunarspawn combat performance in solo and multiplayer encounters has been optimized to better match player capabilities.
4. Fixed an issue where formulas with insufficient materials were displayed incorrectly in the Crafting interface.
5. Optimized Chaosweaver battles to reduce lag.
6. Following the deprecation of Controllers in Version 1.4.4, we discovered unexpected issues with the spawn mechanics of the item hunt game mode in Securement Silos. After analyzing backend data and player feedback, we have rebalanced the mode by adjusting its spawn rules and rewards. Now, one Deviation is guaranteed to appear in the final zone.
We hope this will make the exploration in Securement Silos more rewarding. If you have any questions, feel free to let us know via the Co-Dev Feedback Platform.
