Shop Lightforge Loot Crate Rules and Drop Rates (Updated on August 16, 2024)
[Lightforge Loot Crate Rules]
While the Lightforge Loot Crates are available, you can spend Siderites to open them. Each Loot Crate is guaranteed to yield cosmetics. Only one character under each account can redeem and open a single Loot Crate, but the cosmetics from the Loot Crate can be used by all characters under that account.
1) The Lightforge Loot Crates are available for a limited time only. Unused Siderites and Lightforge Relics will be retained and available to all characters under the same account. You can use them to redeem and open more Lightforge Loot Crates in the future.
2) Each time you purchase and open a Loot Crate, it costs 1 Siderite, price of which is 160 Crystgins. And the first 10 purchase inside each themed Loot Crat would have a 50% discount – 80 Crystgins. Each time you open a Loot Crate, you will get a random cosmetic item. There is a limit on how many Loot Crates you can open.
3) The Lightforge Collection items in the Loot Crate have a special mark, and there is a pity drop mechanic for these rewards.
- You are guaranteed to get a Lightforge Collection within every 30 Loot Crates, and the Collection cosmetics won’t be drew duplicated. Once you draw a Collection item, it will be removed from the prize pool, and the drop rates of other remaining rewards will be raised proportionally.
- Upon drawing a Lightforge Collection item, the pity drop counter will be reset. And you are guaranteed to get another Lightforge Collection within next 30 draws,.
- Once all the Lightforge Collection items in the prize pool have been drawn, the pity drop mechanic is disabled. After this, you'll only get regular rewards that can be obtained multiple times.
* If you redeemed a Lightforge Collection item before draw, you can still get that item from Loot Crates. If you get a duplicate one, it will be converted to enough Lightforge Relics to make up for what you previously spent on redeeming the item.
4) Other than the Lightforge Collection from the Loot Crates, the regular cosmetics rewards can be obtained multiple times. When you draw a duplicate reward, it will be converted to Lightforge Relics, which you can use to redeem cosmetics from Lightforge Loot Crates of the current or other themes as well as a limited number of Siderites.

Once Human Patch notes 1.1

Dear Metas,

Once Human will undergo server maintenance on August 15 at 4:00 AM (UTC). As this update is fairly large, the maintenance is expected to last for 5 hours. Please plan your game time accordingly, and thank you for your understanding and support.
We have been listening to and addressing feedback and suggestions from our community since Once Human's global release. This maintenance will include the following content.
[New Animal Ranching Feature]
A brand-new animal ranching feature is now available. Capture and raise animals, and build the post-apocalyptic ranch of your dreams!
1. Most animals encountered in the open world (including deer, wolves, sheep, wild boars, bears, rabbits, and crocodiles) can be captured and brought back to your territory to be raised. Even more animals will be made available in the future!
2. Each animal has different habits and characteristics. You must build special housing for each type of animal and provide the appropriate food.
3. Once an animal is tame enough, you will be able to collect skins or meat from them.
4. Some animals are aggressive by nature and can even help you defend your territory against Deviant invasions!
* An upcoming September update will even allow you to breed animals to obtain rare and unique critters!
[Revamped Fishing System]
Since launch, we've received a lot of valuable feedback concerning the fishing minigame. Players have reported being unable to catch fish or confusion regarding the fishing controls. We understand where you're coming from, so we've revamped some aspects of the fishing system. The waiting time has been reduced, and we've increased the number of fish each Fish Tank can hold. We've also added lots of rare new fish types.

1. The new fishing minigame is a battle between your Stamina and the fish's energy. The tension on the fishing line is displayed in the center of the screen. You must reel in the fish as much as possible while keeping the fishing line from snapping. When the fish runs out of energy, you have successfully caught it.
2. Some small fish can now be used as bait. Large and ferocious fish prefer small fish to common bait.
3. Optimized the fish types. Reduced the waiting time required when fishing or reeling in a fish.
4. Added new rare fish: Northern Pike (Blood Jade), Sunfish (Black Rose), Rainbow Trout (Blue Porcelain), Sucker Fish (Spotted), Oscar Fish (Amber), Pompano (Opal), Barracuda (Aquamarine), Koi Fish (Cloud), Guppy (Peacock), Black Bass (Pure White), Bighead Carp (Gold Knife), Sardine (Blood Mark), Tilapia (Red Giant), and Angelfish (Purple Dawn).

5. Optimized Fish Tanks to allow them to hold multiple fish at once. Each Fish Tank can hold up to eight fish, depending on the size of the fish.
[New Wilderness Game Modes]
Sproutlet Conquest (Exclusive to Evolution's Call)
Opening Time: Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 4:20 PM server time.
Locations: A random settlement in Chalk Peak, Lone Wolf Wastes, or Blackheart Region.
Rules: This game mode lasts for 20 minutes. Sproutletite will start spawning 5 minutes after the event starts, and can be obtained through various mining methods. Metas in the event zone will be in PvP teams. During the event, the more Sproutletite you carry, the more Sproutletite you will drop when defeated.
Rewards: Metas can exchange Sproutletite for Sproutlets at a 1-to-1 conversion rate with Nisa in the camp.

Ancient One's Trial
People have reported seeing the Ancient One descend upon the highest mountain in Chalk Peak. The Ancient One's trial awaits any Meta who can climb to the top of that tall mountain. Board the Ancient One and face a trial that will test your determination and courage.
Metas who earn the Ancient One's recognition shall receive lots of rewards! Call upon your most trustworthy companions and attempt the Ancient One's trial together!
[Mod Conversion]
1. Mod conversion is unlocked when you reach Lv. 40 in the novice season, or when you enter a non-novice season. The mod conversion function can be accessed from the upper-right corner of the Mod Backpack.
2. You can convert six unenhanced Legendary mods into a Legendary mod with a main attribute of their choice.
3. Mods obtained via conversion may contain basic suffixes (none, Violent, Precision, or Deviant Energy). If four of the six mods used for the conversion contain the same suffix, the converted mod is guaranteed to have that suffix. (This is assuming that the converted mod is able to have their suffix. For example, Lucky 7 cannot have the Precision suffix, and Embers cannot have the Frost Vortex suffix.)
4. The converted mod's attribute levels depend on the attribute levels of the six mods used for the conversion.
[Controller Support]
Once Human now supports game controllers! Experience the game in a different way with your favorite controller.
The game will automatically detect your controller's button layout. Currently, Xbox, PlayStation, and Switch Pro controller layouts are available. If your controller is not correctly recognized by the game, please report your controller's model and your preferred button layout to us.
You may choose from any of the following preset control schemes:
1. Default: Suitable for most Once Human players.
2. Left-Handed: Suitable for left-handed players.
3. Shooter: Similar to most mainstream shooting games.
4. Action: Similar to most mainstream action games.

As controller support is a new feature, we are still optimizing some parts of the game for controllers, and controllers may not work with all features.
We are working hard to make the necessary adjustments and improvements to give you the best experience possible.
Controller support is currently unavailable in the following features:
1. Camera mode
2. Actions relating to weapon or vehicle stickers
3. Playing the piano and other features that may be hard to use with a controller
If the game freezes or any other problem occurs while playing with a controller, please report it to us via our feedback channels. Your opinions and suggestions are important to us. We take them seriously and will address them as soon as possible.
We have also implemented other optimizations regarding keyboards, controllers, and their relevant settings, as follows:
1. Added support for controller vibration. This can be enabled or disabled at the Settings screen.
2. Added support for French and German keyboards. You can choose your keyboard layout at the Settings screen.
3. Optimized the display logic of the Controls settings screen, as well as some of the descriptions, to make it easier to find specific settings.
[Cross-Character Sharing for Paid Content]
Cross-character sharing for paid content is now officially available! Paid cosmetics and premium currencies (such as Crystgin) can be shared by all characters under the same account in the same region. For more information, refer to the Once Human Cross-Character Sharing Rules announcement on our official website.
[Server Invitations]
Special invitation codes are now available. If a server is full, players already on the server can find their special invitation code on their Player Info screen, which can be accessed via the menu. They can then share this special invitation code with their friends. Friends who receive the special invitation code can use it to enter the server even if it is already full.
Note: As servers have restricted capacity, there is still a limit to the number of players who can join each server using special invitation codes. Once a server reaches this limit, no more players may join it, even if they have a code. Hence, it is recommended that you invite your friends as soon as possible. Each player can invite up to five friends.
[Seasons]
Some servers will soon be changing seasons for the first time. The following is some useful information regarding Once Human's season system.
I. What are scenarios and seasons in Once Human? What is the game like in the long term?

We want to offer different survival experiences, so the game has a little something for everyone. We also want to keep updating the game so it's always exciting to play. That is why we've chosen to include multiple scenarios in the game.
A scenario is the gameplay theme of a server. Once Human's global launch initially offered two scenarios, with Manibus focusing on PvE and Evolution's Call centered around PvP.
In September and October, we're bringing in special events featuring new scenario content. September's scenario will involve faction-based PvP, while October will bring a cooperative PvE scenario with a new map and temperature-based survival mechanics. Also in the works are a scenario with unrestricted PvP and a longer season cycle, as well as a perpetual scenario. Furthermore, we plan to release at least four new scenarios every year.
Seasons refer to individual cycles and progress within a scenario. The duration of each season varies according to the scenario. Each season will also be split into multiple phases based on the scenario's features. In-game content will be gradually unlocked as your server progresses through the seasons, ensuring that you always have something new to enjoy. Once all the scenario content is available and the season reaches the transitional phase, you can sign up for a new scenario while keeping your gains from the current scenario. Of course, you can also choose to continue playing and completing objectives on your current server until the transitional phase ends. Currently, the transitional phase is set to last four weeks. That's our vision for the game, which we hope will bring you a multifaceted and consistently engaging experience.

II. How do I sign up for a new scenario?
You can sign up for a new scenario during the final phase of the current scenario. Once you do so, you can start your new journey right away. Alternatively, you may choose not to sign up immediately, and continue exploring and fighting on your current server for up to four more weeks, during which you can sign up for a new scenario at any time.
If you haven't decided on which new scenario to join by the time your server's final phase ends, your current server will be closed and your character will be returned to Eternaland, where you can continue playing or sign up for a new scenario at any time.
If you haven't decided on which new scenario to join by the time your server's final phase ends, your current server will be closed and your character will be returned to Eternaland, where you can continue playing or sign up for a new scenario at any time.

III. When a scenario is over, does that mean I will lose my in-game progress?
No, it does not. We value the effort and time you put into our game. Even when a scenario ends or you exit a scenario midway, you'll be able to keep the rewards you've earned (there are a few rare exceptions, including scenario-specific items or Memetics items ). However, to ensure that each scenario offers a self-sufficient experience and to allow all players to enjoy the game regardless of their progress, we have the following rules in place:

IV. How do I bring items from the Eternaland Depot into a new scenario?
You will have a certain amount of Resource Points when entering a new scenario. Each item you choose to bring into the new scenario will cost a certain amount of Resource Points. The actual amount required varies between items and can be checked in the game. You will obtain new Resource Points every time you join a new scenario.
[Season Optimizations]
In the upcoming season, we are releasing a new scenario with higher difficulty. The scenario will include two combat environments, with each environment containing different Cradle Override combinations, Super Anomaly types, exclusive blueprints, and calibration blueprints. There are also two combat difficulty levels for this scenario: Normal and Hard. On Hard difficulty, Deviants, dungeons, and other challenges will be tougher, but also yield more rewards. You may choose whichever combat difficulty level you prefer.
When the season enters its settlement phase, your personal territory and your vehicles' mobile territory will automatically be saved as house blueprints for use in the new season.

Once Human Cross-Character Sharing Rules

Dear Metas, we are providing a cross-character sharing feature to allow you to share paid assets such as currency and cosmetics between characters on the same account and in the same region (e.g. Japan, Korea, HK & MO & TW, NA-EU). Please read the following rules and information carefully.

General Rules
1. When Cross-Character Sharing is Enabled: All paid assets under your account, including in-game currency and paid cosmetics, will be shared across your characters in the same region. Refer to the Multi-Character Purchase Rules for more details.
2. Data Synchronization: Once cross-character sharing is available, simply log in with a character that has paid assets. After logging in, the paid assets will be synced and shared between all characters on your account.
3. Eligible Items: Items with the Cross-Character Sharing tag are eligible for cross-character sharing. Check the item description to verify its eligibility.
4. Refunds for Duplicate Purchases: If you purchased the same cosmetic item more than once using different characters before the launch of cross-character sharing, the duplicate purchases will be refunded. The rules for refunds are described below.

Multi-Character Purchase Rules 1. Crystgin Cross-Character Sharing: Yes
Sharing Rules: The Crystgin balances of all your characters will be added up and the total balance made available to all your characters to spend or top up.
2. Cosmetics Purchased with Crystgin in the Shop Cross-Character Sharing: Yes
Sharing Rules: Cosmetics purchased in the Shop are shared across characters. Purchase records on the account are also shared.
Refund Rules: If you purchased the same cosmetic item more than once using different characters, the Crystgin spent on duplicate purchases will be refunded.
Gifting Rules: Gifting is available once the highest-level character on your account reaches Lv.5. Reach higher levels to gain additional weekly gift chances. You can only send gifts to players you have been friends with for at least 7 days.
3. Weapon Cosmetic Gift Boxes Cross-Character Sharing: Yes
Sharing Rules: Characters' weapon cosmetic progression will be added up and the total progression shared by all characters. Time-limited weapon cosmetics will also be shared between characters. If more than one character has the same time-limited cosmetic, the remaining durations will be added up and the total duration shared.
Refund Rules: After sharing, if the total duration of a time-limited cosmetic is enough to redeem its permanent version, it will automatically be converted into the permanent version. Any excess duration will be refunded with an equivalent amount of Crystgin (Refunded Crystgin = Excess Days / 45 × 320).
4. Battle Pass (Stardust's Advent) Cross-Character Sharing: Cosmetics unlocked by purchasing a paid tier are shared. However, Battle Pass level and current payment status are not shared.
Sharing Rules: Cosmetics unlocked through payments (i.e. cosmetics obtained by purchasing Stardust's Advent Premium, progressing through Premium pass levels, or redeemed from the Redemption Shop) are shared between characters. Cosmetics unlocked through the free Battle Pass are not shared.
Refund Rules: Duplicate Battle Pass purchases will be refunded in Crystgin (based on the actual amount paid) via in-game mail. If you have purchased both Stardust's Advent Essential and Stardust's Advent Premium on different characters, you will be considered to have purchased Stardust's Advent Premium, and the other Battle Passes will be refunded in Crystgin. Duplicate paid cosmetics between characters will be converted into Lightforge Relics.
5. Lightforge Loot Crates Cross-Character Sharing: Yes, but only one character can participate in the event. After choosing a character to participate for the first time, the event will be limited to that character only.
Sharing Rules: Cosmetics, Lightforge Relics, and Siderite obtained during the event are shared and can be used by any character. If multiple characters have Lightforge Relics, the total will be summed up and shared between all characters.
Refund Rules: Duplicate cosmetics will be converted into an equivalent amount of Lightforge Relics which can be used to redeem items from the Lightforge Loot Crate.

Additional Information:
1. If you have assets eligible for cross-character sharing in mail attachments or unopened items, simply claim the attachment or use the item to sync the assets between characters.
2. If your backpack or mailbox is full, some refunds may be delayed. Make sure there is enough space
available in your backpack and mailbox.
3. Items from bundles such as cosmetic sets or territory theme packs will be refunded individually at an appropriate proportion of the bundle's original price. Cosmetic theme packs will prioritize the selling price (original price) for refunds. If the total refund exceeds the pack's price, the relevant cosmetic items will be included in the cross-character assets instead of being refunded.
4. If you purchase items from a website, you must log in again with the relevant character to synchronize the purchased items.
5. Themed furniture and materials shared with friends will be added up and shared between characters, subject to the account's overall limits.
6. Due to their uniqueness and rarity, paid collectibles can only be transferred between characters via the Item panel.
7. Refunds may take some time to be processed. Please be patient and check official announcements for updates. If you encounter any issues with your refunds, contact Customer Support and we will address them promptly.

Once Human Bugfixes: August 13

Dear Meta,

We're committed to addressing your thoughts in the Once Human community, and to resolving issues and enhancing the game accordingly. Here's a summary of the fixes we've implemented:

August 8
1. Fixed an issue where gliding would stop working if players modified the glide/climb key settings. The option to enable gliding has been disabled.
2. Fixed an issue where the damage dealt by Manibus to buildings in the Prime War was too high.
3. Adjusted the completion requirements for some season goal tasks:
① Reduced the required Riddle Spot explorations from 80 to 60.
② Reduced the number of Mystical Crates to find from 36 to 20.
③ Temporarily removed the goal to "obtain a Deviation with a Deviant Energy and Activity Rating greater than 5." We'll bring it back after fixing the issue where some Deviations weren't being counted. This won't affect the number of Mitsuko's Marks needed for rewards.
④ Lowered the Mitsuko's Mark requirements for the Season Phase V rewards: 2-star now requires 400, and 3-star now requires 750.

August 7
1. Fixed an issue with the distribution of the Deviation Festering Gel.
2. Fixed an issue where players were forcibly pushed aside when colliding with a caught Electric Eel.
3. Fixed an issue where players' territories were incorrectly flagged as belonging to others, preventing teleportation.
4. Fixed a text error in the reminder email for expiring Meta Passes.
5. Fixed an issue where wallpaper unlock items could be used repeatedly, leading to unintended consumption of already unlocked wallpaper items.

August 6
1. Fixed an issue where new players could fall through the ground during the tutorial, causing the respawn point to be incorrect.
2. Fixed an issue where player models didn't fully load in the Forsaken Giant main story dungeons.
3. Fixed a rare issue where certain materials could be stacked due to a physics validation error.

August 5
1. Fixed an anomaly with the "Tireless Takedown" Caliberation Slots in Pro dungeons.
2. Urgently fixed an issue where players can enter certain dungeons while carrying Chaotic Cortexes.

If you have any issues or suggestions while playing, feel free to share them with us via the Feedback Desk in the official Once Human Discord. Thank you for your ongoing support!
