Short Restart 8/21/2020
Hello everyone, we will be restarting Renewal servers for a short while starting at 6PM PDT. Here are some fixes we're implementing:

- Refine Tickets can no longer be consumed by double clicking them
- Refine Tickets are account bound and no longer character bound.
- Costume Tickets distributed to level 170+ Characters
- Various description fixes.
- Thor server will start to generate the new instances.
