Updated Second Costume Ticket Merchant NPC
- If you are 3rd Class and Level 170+, you will be able to purchase tickets from her directly.
Fixed an issue where 17.1 Instance was failing to create.
Fixed an issue where the 3 day rental fly wing box would not open.
"Once More Unto the Breach" event ends (The rewards merchant will remain)
