As we approach to our first Closed Beta next week, we wanted to share with you some useful info answering some questions you may have regarding the beta. We encourage you to join our Discord in order to share your feedback with us during this first beta. Remember to add United 1944 to your wishlist to easily get info regarding new beta dates, updates and any important announcements.

[h3]What are the dates for the United 1944 Closed Beta? [/h3]
The first Closed Beta for United 1944 is running from May 19 to 21 from 4pm to 8pm CEST (designed for Europe-based players) and May 26 to 28 from 4pm to 8pm ET (designed for North America-based players).

[h3]How can I get access to the United 1944 Closed Beta?[/h3]
Just go to the United 1944 Steam page and click on the “Request Access” button just below the game description. You will enter a random selection process managed by Steam to select players.

[h3]How do I know that I’ve been selected for the Closed Beta?[/h3]
You’ll receive an email from Steam confirming that you’ve been selected. Also, you will find the game UNITED 1944 Beta pop up in your Steam Library.

[h3]What territories are included in the Closed Beta?[/h3]
Due to high demand, we have made the decision to split the beta into two territories and two weekends to accommodate more players and guarantee better quality of service. Here is how things will work:

• The first weekend (May 19-21), the servers will be based in Europe (Frankfurt).
  
• The second weekend (May 26-28) the servers will be based in North America (East Coast).
  

Please note that if you’re based in one territory, and decide to play when the servers are based in another, you’ll experience ping & lag issues and we may not be able to guarantee optimal network performance.

We highly encourage you to play with servers located in your region.

[h3]Are more beta tests planned?[/h3]
Yes. If you don’t get in this time, you’ll still have an opportunity to play, as more beta tests will follow in the coming months with more capacity. Make sure you also follow us on Twitter to be up to date.

[h3]I’m a content creator, can I come play the United 1944 Closed Beta?[/h3]
Content creators are welcome in this Beta. However, keep in mind this first Closed Beta is small, and access will be managed via Steam Playtest. Hence, the participants will be randomly selected by Steam. We plan to do one fully dedicated beta for content creators, so stay tuned to the Discord server or Twitter to be up to date.

[h3]Can I stream and/or create content on my channels?[/h3]
Yes you can. We just ask you to be aware and communicate to your audience that the footage you are streaming is from a beta test and may not be representative of the final game. All music is owned by us, so you should not get any copyright strike.

[h3]Are the system requirements final?[/h3]
No. These are only tentative and subject to change, as we still didn’t work on optimizing.

[h3]I want to share feedback with the dev team. How do I do it? [/h3]
We will be collecting feedback from the Closed Beta through Discord. You can join the United 1944 Discord with this link. Go to #feedback channel and share your feedback with us. Dev team is always checking the channel and will use a reaction when the feedback entry is seen.

[h3]What should I do if I find a bug? [/h3]
Go to the bugs reporting channel in the Discord server and use the template that is pinned. DO NOT open a ticket for a bug.

Hi everyone!

We're happy to announce that United 1944 will do its first Closed Beta on the weekend of May 19th-21st. The Closed Beta will be playable for 4 hours per day, giving players a sneak peek at the game in preparation for the full commercial launch on PC later this year.

Squad up in 16v16 base conquest matches in the WW2 theaters of North Africa, with more maps, such as France and Russia coming soon. This first beta will let players experience the thrilling Domination mode, where you must scavenge for resources, craft weapons, find enemy intel documents, establish outposts, and destroy all enemy bases.



You can now REQUEST ACCESS to the beta on the United 1944 Steam page. Please note that doing a request DOES NOT guarantee that you'll have access to the Beta, as players will be selected randomly. But don't worry, if you don’t get in this time, you’ll still have an opportunity to play, as more beta tests will follow in the coming months.

Hello everyone! We are excited to share more details about the upcoming Beta of UNITED 1944. Read on!

• Our plan is to do our first Beta during the second half of April, during a weekend.
  
• The beta will last 3 days, on a weekend, so you’ll be able to play Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  
• The beta will run for about four hours a day.
  
• The main goal of the beta is to get your feedback on the game and for us to test out our server infrastructure.
  
• The scale of the first Beta will be small, with future Betas being larger
  
• The game is basically complete, with the only restriction that we will be playing on one map only: North Africa, and one game mode only: Domination.
  
• Here is the map of North Africa. Get used to it, you’ll be fighting there soon!
  

• The Domination game mode entails two teams of 16 players fighting for territorial control of a city.
• Whichever team manages to destroy all enemy bases or hold the majority of bases for a longer time wins the battle.
  
• Gather Documents to establish outposts. And fight for territorial control until only one team remains.
  
• A typical battle lasts 30-45 minutes.
  
• The game supports player parties of up to 4 players, and voice chat. So get your friends and mics ready.
  
• Needless to say, the Beta is completely FREE. All we request is feedback that helps us make the game better.
  
• The beta will be done using Steam playtest. So, all you have to do is wishlist us to be in the loop.
  
• However, all our communication with the community on a daily basis is on Discord. Make sure you join our Discord so you don’t miss anything
