We would like to inform you about an upcoming update regarding the reward claim count for New Area World Peace Plaza - Flame Wave which will be updated during the scheduled server maintenance on February 28th.

Please note that Flame Wave's reward claim count is shared with the existing Gate Wave.

Therefore, if you play Gate Wave and receive rewards between the reset at 4:00 AM UTC on February 28th and before maintenance time, please be aware that you will not be able to receive rewards from 'Flame Wave' as many as you claimed rewards from Gate Wave on that day after the update.

• How to join?

1. Log-in to your Closers account to the Closers website: https://www.closersonline.com/signin
2. After you logged-in, click on the following links according to the category that you will join:
   • Solo Category - Agents Love Adventures Event Link
   • Pairs Category - Agents Love Adventures Event Link
   • Group Category - Agents Love Adventures Event Link

• Entries should be on PNG or JPG format only with image specification: Above 1080 x 1080 px / Less than 4MB.
• Use the in-game 'Selfie' feature or directly take a screenshot according to the following:
• Solo Category (1 character only)
  • Take a screenshot of your character with your Closers name and Character name.
  • Add a message expressing gratitude for yourself!
• Pairs Category (2 characters only)
  • Include a screenshot of two characters, whether your partner or a friend, with your Closers names and Character names.
  • Narrate your love story or express gratitude for that person.
  • Only one member should post this entry as a representative.
• Group Category (Minimum of 3 - Maximum of 4 members per group)
  • Include a screenshot of 3 to 4 characters, with your Closers names and Character names.
  • Share a group shot where all members fit in the screenshot. Share tales of your epic adventures or express gratitude for your friends or crewmates.
  • Only one member should post this entry as a representative.

• Two winners for the Solo Category = 1,000 N-coins for each winner!
• Two 'Pairs' (4 Individuals) will win for the Pairs Category = 1,000 N-coins for each winner!
• Two 'Groups' (6 - 8 Individuals) will win for the Group Category = 1,000 N-coins for each winner!

1. Winners will be announced on February 28 (Wednesday) UTC through the website, SNS, and their screenshot entries will be featured on the Closers forums.
2. The rewards will be distributed during the maintenance after the winners' announcement.

• The following must be accomplished while taking the screenshot to make it a valid entry:
  1. Make sure that your character name can be clearly seen in the screenshot; otherwise, the entry will be invalid.
  2. Make sure that the event mechanics and rules were followed accordingly (see Event Rules below).
  3. You can only join once (1 Event entry = 1 Closers account) in any category during this event.
     • Example: If you already joined the ‘Solo’ category, your ‘Pairs’ or ‘Group’ entry will be invalid.

[h3]Event Rules[/h3]

1. Only one entry is allowed per Closers account.
2. All entries must be made by the submitter specifically for the purpose of this contest.
3. All participants should include their Closers Name and Character Name when submitting their entry; otherwise, the whole entry will be invalid.
4. No explicit contents are allowed to be seen in the entry. Any entry that can make others feel offended or uncomfortable will be removed with or without permission from the Naddic staff.
5. Once an entry has been submitted, players agree to have their work published publicly on our official channels (Website, Steam, and SNS).
6. If you have submitted more than one entry, we will only refer to the first entry submitted.
7. If you need to change or edit your entry or post, remove your first entry, then re-submit it again before the event ends.
8. The Naddic team can remove unrelated entries or discussions.
9. The Naddic team is not liable for any violation of copyright or intellectual property. Any violations will be assumed by the event participant.

• 35% Creativity and Originality of Message
    ○ How your message was thoughtfully created.
    ○ Emotional impact and the ability to evoke feelings of love through the message.
• 20% Relevance to the theme
    ○ How closely do the screenshot and message resemble Love! How well it interprets to the judges the love theme.
    ○ Originality in expressing love within the game environment.
    ○ Representation of the Valentine's theme in a genuine and heartfelt manner.
• 10% Audience Impact
    ○ Number of ‘❤️’ votes in your Closers Forum entry.

We would like to inform you of the known issue after the February 7th maintenance.

• The Moonlight Night Another Hair Selectable Box cumulative purchase reward on the 450-tier had an incorrect quantity, as indicated in the announcements. We have corrected it to x1.
