  • PST: February 21, 2023 at 11:00 PM – February 22, 2023 at 2:00 AM PST
  • GMT+7: February 22, 2023 at 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM GMT +7
Please log out of the game before maintenance begins. During this period, you will not be able to access the game, and the website may not function properly.

Tips/Reminders:
  • To clearly identify your entries, please list the topic followed by its associated details.
  • If possible, we would greatly appreciate it if you could include bullet points and images, if they are available.
  •  Example:
    • Topic: Costume Inquiry
    • Details: Are there any plans to re-release the Spring Fairy costumes in the future?

We will collect this data starting February 17, 2023, until February 23, 2023, at 8:00 AM UTC.

In March 2023, the list of entries and Developers' responses, along with the first roadmap video of the year, will be published on the official Closers website.

Dungeon Issues Update



Hello Agents,

It has come to our attention some issues related to the dungeons. Please read the following topics below for details:

[h3]Disconnection after using Ultimate Skill[/h3]
We’ve received reports that after using a character’s Ultimate skill, players are being kicked out of the game (with the message “Connection to game server lost.”).

At this time, we have observed that this occurs intermittently. As we do our investigation, any information you can provide, specifically the log files, will be greatly appreciated.

Please provide the following information if you have recently experienced a connection loss while using the ultimate ability:
  • Your “.log” file located in your CLOSERS/Log folder. Kindly provide the log file with the time of disconnection was recorded.
  • Name of the dungeon were you got disconnected

[h3]Invisible Astaroth Bug[/h3]
It has been reported that Astaroth is not spawning or is invisible by the time it should appear to have been defeated. Also, we have observed that it doesn’t occur everytime. We continue to investigate this situation and appreciate your patience.

Meanwhile, please provide the following information if you have found that Astaroth is currently not spawning or is invisible during your dungeon run:

  • A full screenshot or video of that you encountered this bug during your dungeon run.
    • The ‘/time’ or the time and date, as well as your character’s name should be clearly seen.
  • Your “.log” file located in your CLOSERS/Log folder. Kindly provide the log file with the time that you encountered this bug.

Known Issue Notice – FEB 9th



Hello Agents,

We would like to inform you of the known issues that was found in-game:

Account Fatigue
  • Account Fatigue is shown on the character selection screen. This is a display issue and its feature is unavailable on the World server. We will provide additional information regarding the schedule in a future patch note.
Dialogue Mismatch
  • Some dialogue from Misteltein indicates as “J.” Those will be updated and fixed when the next maintenance is set to happen.
