  • UTC: December 21, 2022 at 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM 10:30 AM UTC
  • PST: December 20, 2022 at 11:00 PM – December 21, 2022 at 2:00 AM 2:30 AM PST
  • GMT+7: December 21, 2022 at 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM 5:30 PM GMT +7

Kindly log-off from the game before the maintenance starts. During this time, you won’t be able to enter the game and the website may not work smoothly.

December 14 Temporary Server Maintenance



Hello Agents,

Temporary maintenance will be conducted according to the following schedule per time zone:

Schedule by time zone
  • December 14 at 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM UTC
  • December 13 at 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM PST
  • December 14 at 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM GMT+7

This is to address the ongoing Jump Event, in which players can continue to create Jump characters even after the event has ended. Following this temporary maintenance, the Jump Event will be closed as intended.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

In addition, we will offer a Compensation Package for this temporary maintenance during the next regularly scheduled server maintenance.

Misery Shop End Date Notice



Hello Agents,

We would like to correct the wrong information on Misery of Nightmare dungeon and shop. We initially stated that it would end on December 22, but it will actually end on December 21 during the scheduled maintenance.

The 'Abyssal Sand' event item will be removed on December 22 at 7:00 AM. But, please make sure to exchange these before the maintenance that will be taking place on the December 21, as the Misery of Nightmare shop will be closing at 7:00am on that day.

Mock Battle Receiving Reward Bug

It has come to our attention that rewards from Mock Battle are becoming unredeamable after a dungeon run.

This is currently being investigated, and a fix will be coming soon.

Meanwhile, please ensure that you have received your rewards before participating for another round in the Mock battle or always receive your rewards every after Mock battle.
