We would like to inform you of the known issues that was found in-game:

String Error in Dungeon Mission

• The clear condition of The Holy Place of Ocean King says “once” instead of “twice”. This will be corrected in the next scheduled maintenance.
  

Missing Item Information on Pet Transmitter [Mini Bastet Pickup]

• The item information of the corresponding package may not list all the components. But, the package has the intended component and pets for Pet Transmitter [Mini Bastet Pickup] are available.
  

Optimize Rendering Option Automatically Switches Off

• The option to “optimize rendering” is a function that has been included with the update of DirectX 11. The button on the Settings no longer controls the function as it is automatically applied. As such, we plan to remove this button and option from Settings, which will be informed in a separate notice.
  

Spring Shop Banner Display

• The Spring Shop is no longer available and is incorrectly displayed. This will be removed in the next scheduled maintenance.

Hello Agents,

Following an increase in bugs and issues found after the April 12 maintenance update, we will be postponing the temporary server maintenance by an hour to the following schedule:

• UTC: April 13, 2023 at 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM UTC
  
• PDT: April 12, 2023 at 11:00 PM – April 13, 2023 1:00 AM PDT
  
• GMT+7: April 13, 2023 at 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM GMT+7
  

The following issues will be worked on:

1) Mirage Re-enactment Dungeon displayed at Fantasy World: Dream Theater (Reverse) will be removed.

2) Spelling error on the Pet Transmitter in the [WILD] Mini Bastet Pet Final Special Package will be corrected.

3) Character Blackout Preview at Union Shop will be corrected.

4) Babel Program Error in Rewards will be corrected.
Players who received the incorrect main rewards will be sent the correct items at the next regular maintenance.

5) Missing Costume Image in Costume Book will be corrected.

6) Additionally, several string will be fixed.
