- Can veteran players get some kind of rewards as well and not just the new/returnee player? At least something to motivate current players to continue playing Closers?
- Will there be events for veterans who have been playing the game for years?
- Will veteran players or players who have been playing daily get Bai/Mirae/Luna Daki since returnee and new players are getting them.

The New/Returned agent rewards are designed to help new and returned players settle down and to quickly enjoy playing with veteran players. Veteran players will also feel a similar need when trying new characters in a different account or coming back from having a break in playing.
We wanted all to know that we recognize the worth of your time in playing Closers. Various events from each update is one of the benefits for those who are playing the game frequently. For a meantime, we put our best effort into providing fruitful events in every patch update, such as buffs or rewards that are useful for your characters. You can check out the
2022 Closers Roadmap for the main updates that you can look forward to.
We will consider the “Dakimakura” on a positive note as an in-game event reward. We’ll be finding the right schedule when we can release this. Please look forward to it!

►QoL Update[/h3]
- Can QoL updates from KR be brought earlier to WORLD server instead of waiting for a few months?
- Can we get QoL faster (for now bankable asmo gears, nerfed busan and tiamat are enough imo)?
- When can we expect the important QOL updates to global?
- Talismans account-based update when will come to CLOSERS World?
- Is there any chance in future mutant could be account bound?
- Will it be possible to make costumes inside the costume locker have images, effects, etc. so we could still distinguish it without having to equip the entire set.
Dev ResponseWe understand your sentiments about the QoL updates. We ask for your understanding that all updates are added successively per region, and it is difficult to update a specific feature ahead of schedule given the current structure of the game.
We seek for your patience that some of these updates may take a while since we are making sure that it is stable on our server. Yet we will try our best to apply those contents as early as possible for the convenience of the players.
For the Talismans, these are already combined with Premium Buff, so these are now account-based. Please enjoy this buff in the game!
As for the Mutant PNA, instead of making it account-based, we have a plan to add a system for this in the World server. The idea is to select a mutant type where you can focus on increasing its EXP which will make it more convenient for leveling up mutants.
And lastly, we are considering a new system to improve our current locker features, such as having a way to contain more costumes and options to use set effects.

►Black Market[/h3]
- How did developers made it possible to implement this (Private Black Market) system and wouldn’t the system still have a lot of drawbacks or is it that developers has some policy changes that this system possible later on in the future?
- Is there a reason the BM is extended to include private trading instead of updates to direct trading? What is the reasoning for adjusting BM to support direct trades, instead of adjusting private trading to allow for trades of “black market only” items?
- With the private black market coming, do you plan to remove lower price limits for items?
Dev ResponseThank you for getting back with us regarding the Private Black Market. In our previous Q&A, we mentioned that we cannot receive your personal information due to legal restrictions, which it is still does.
But since this is one of the most requested features from players, we decided to have an alternative way to make it possible in World server. However, to manage this, we need some precautions:
1) The Private Black Market will have more strict regulations
2) We will keep an eye on those accounts with bad records and with the same IP connections
3) We will monitor any malicious activities or other activities that are negatively affecting the gameplay or community
We wanted players to experience trading with more convenience. Therefore, instead of the direct trade which is made with an old system, we will focus on putting more resources to improve the Black Market.
We currently have no plans to remove the lower price limit since the purpose of it is to preserve the item’s value. However, we will keep on monitoring this by collecting feedbacks and see what the best course of action for the given situation would be.

- Is there any plans for another arena/pvp balance? is there any chance rattus and future character is playable for pvp?
- Are there any plan to make all pvp reward better (daily/weekly/crew war) or at least scale better for max lvl player?

- Is there any plan to bring back team challenge in the future revamp?

- Another thing to consider is giving every character a decent healing skill so they can survive on par with other characters. Characters such as Seha and Yuri doesn’t have any HP healing skills, whereas Violet only has FM2 as her only healing skill, and the heal itself isnt that strong compared to Sylvi’s Magnetic Infusion or Tina’s EX Sharp Shooting
- Can we get healing skill for every character?
- Seeing that in raids like Lust King and the soon to come Belphegor where they restrict potion usage and limits resurrection, all characters should have equal opportunities to heal.
Dev ResponseThank you for the suggestions for the healing skill. We understand that it would be useful in situations, but since Closers Online is a genre that requires a lot of hand control and skillful combat, it is crucial to keep the skill only for some intended characters in order to keep the character concept.
However, we will let you all know if in any case there will be further updates about this suggestion.

- Reduce fort cost from ncoin shop or just make it easier to get.
- Look into reducing package costs (espc 10k ncoin packages), these packages are pretty expensive and contain items not really fully worth 10k outside of the ss tuner.
- The prices of outfit pack or pieces are not that satisfying especially packs such as steampunk.

For the fortifiers, we will find more options for players to obtain it in-game.
As for the packages, some users are satisfied with the current packages because it offers items that they need with big discounts, while some of these packages or items that are included may not meet their expectations. We will come up with more ideas where we could offer useful items at various price points.

- Since the box updated like 2 years ago, can we get the better reward that follows the current content?
- There are still Hyperclock Equalizers, things that aren’t used much if any as most gears are now Lvl 85++ for most endgame ones.A suggestion to remove that so that the chances to get other items get buffed.
- Daily Platinum reward and Housing Washing Machine needs an update.

- The accumulative purchase of washing machines, 500 pull for 1 box?
- The washing machines still offers old outfits, can those be moved in the store?
- Are there plans to revamp the Washing Machine system? Such as having more team based washing machines or removing some of the less desired items. (Res Caps, Talismans)
- Will costumes in Washing Machine get only one colour type instead of three colour variations? since it is difficult to get specific colour type and for a specific character with all other items that we do not need are mixed into the gacha pool.
Dev ResponseThe items that came from the accumulative charge/washing machine purchase rewards are additional item/s that you could get for free along with your actual shop purchase. This is designed as a bonus from what has been spent in the game, and it is a gift of appreciation for your enthusiasm for Closers.
We understand your concerns regarding some of the old outfits in the Washing Machine. After further consideration, we plan to sell some of the old costumes to the in-game shop for direct purchase in our future updates.
As for the Team Washing Machine, we currently have this promotion from time to time. Then recently, we are offering a single type color for new costumes to get the specific type that you wanted more easily.

- As for fuel earning since with the “demotion” of beelzebub becoming a regular sector instead of a raid which leads to less fuel earned by regular players, I suggest a way to craft fuel with Sea Breeze, as it does not have a use after centum gear is complete.
- The discount system that KR has for crafting was declined to be implemented. Has there been a change in sentiment since then, or any opportunity that it will still be implemented?
- I suggest more options to convert bug lumps into area accessory set so players can potentially get the best in slot accessory.
Dev ResponseAs of the moment, we ask for your understanding that we do not have plans to increase the additional use of Essence of the Sea Breeze including the crafting discounts. Rather, we will discuss other designs to make farming more convenient for players.
What we suggest for getting the accessories, is to use dropped items from dungeons starting from the next main story area, White Night Fortress.

- There should be more event outfit variations and not just yukatas and other outfits that is only available for few characters.
- Every regular or special promotion outfits in-game should be obtainable in missions or available for 1-time crafting similar with the task force.
- Do you have any plans to rotate out specific rewards in the Monthly Attendance on a more frequent basis?
Dev ResponseWe will give more opportunities for players to receive costumes as a reward from events. Also, we’ll consider of finding different methods to let others have a chance to receive their own costume.
And as for the monthly attendance, we will renew the item rewards continuously.

- In the current farming event a lot of the rewards aren’t useful (in particular the SMD for 500 runs) and Global gets the over tuned version of Legion Program where only a few are capable of clearing the whole thing.

- Consider a rework of any aspect of the enhancement process.Any limitation to enhancement caps (i.e +17 max for whole server) or reduction in fever time threshold would be appreciated if it can be looked into
- The devs could create a more expensive Enhancement Transfer Device from Ncoin shop that doesn’t have enhancement penalty. With this implemented, they can make the regular -1 cheaper.
- For the buff voucher, I’d suggest for lower fail counts in order to enter fever for certain enhancements. Such as 50 for 16, 100 for 17, and so on.
Dev ResponseBack then, there were many restrictions. Although there have been improvements, we are aware that there are still difficulties left.
Even though we didn’t have plans to offer a transfer service, we push the idea of creating the Enhancement Transfer system as we wanted to support players in preserving most of their gained assets.
In general, next generation gears are upgraded versions of the previous ones. If we’re transferring the same enhancement level to the next tier gears, there will be a spec-upgrade without investing, which causes the power inflation. Due to this reason, we hope for your understanding if we are unable to make adjustments to the current conditions of this system. Furthermore, we’ll continue to run enhancement events that can be taken advantage of, and to seek plans for improvements of the system.
As for the concerns regarding the buff vouchers, we will examine possibilities on how to improve the Enhancement Buff Fever system.
In relation to this, the Enhancement Buff was revamped, therefore, from 2 hours it is now 30 days. This is a chance for you to enhance your items with enough time.
Also, we are providing Pet Cores which are needed to enhance pets. Players will be able to obtain it through various methods such as from events. We keep on finding ways for players to easily obtain it.

►Enhancement Success Chance for Level cap Expansion[/h3]
- I suggest for every +2 cap we get for maximum enhancement, the rates should be increased so that the guaranteed success would be half of the current cap.
- Is it possible to increase the enhancement chance for +11, +12, +13 and +14 since the enhancement cap has already increased to +20.

- Can the “x1 Gear/Consumables/Material Slot Expansion Full Set” package be tradeable permanently without a limit on how many can be bought? Inventory space is a giant issue and it’d be really nice to have some other way to buy this from others.
Dev ResponseWe understand that gifting feature plays an important role of supporting other players in Closers. As for the suggestions to make the inventory and character slots giftable, we will review this for further consideration with a positive note.
Also, we appreciate the suggestion in making the said package tradable and make it as a regular item on sale. To make it more convenient, we will consider making slot expansion items to be sellable, giftable, and tradable among users.

- For the new/returnee support box gears, could it be tradable in the scenario where we would like to level alts using that gear? It’ll make it easier for new players to partially complete their teamwork buff so their TCP could be higher.
Dev ResponseThe Support Box is meant to be used for the New/Returned characters only. We will keep the current setting that we have designed.
However, we understand that some players also wants to catch up using their alt characters. Therefore, we will come up with other ways, such as releasing supporting events or having a system that will help level-up alt characters with ease.

- Will there be a way to trade N-Coins between accounts in the future?

- I suggest to delegate mixed-type costume set to N-coin shop while type A/C to be retained in washing machine.
- Is it possible to either allow older pieces to be bought directly for N-coin? Or at least to have more than 2 washers available at the same time.
- I suggest having outfit packages for characters, since some characters have many options available.
- I suggest Eye Colors/Contact Lenses to be permanently available, I think more customizations will always be a popular thing, eye colors have always been hard to get.
- Suggestion to have more task force outfit packages. Like the ones available to Triaina Rebellion characters that are individual pieces rather than an outfit cover that aren’t part of the task force free pass package.
- Suggestion to have a way to obtain permanent versions character’s job advancement outfits.
- Any plans to make the Signature Costume – Cybernetics set available to Luna – Lucy ?
- Update N-coin shop with older outfits that don’t have portrait and has been not seen again for like 1 to 3 years.

We are glad to see that players are interested in getting various looks for their characters. We will take these into consideration and hopefully set out stunning costume options.
Regarding the Task Force Outfit, it won’t have the similar function as the Triaina Rebellion. The Triaina Rebellion outfit was designed to have multiple pieces, unlike with how the Task Force outfits were created. We hope for your understanding regarding this matter.
As for the Cybernetics suggestion, it will be difficult to extend its functionality to Lucy. However, we will take into consideration having more new costumes for Lucy.

- I have seen how recently mock battle was updated in the KR server to be a race to kill the boss instead of a race to do as much damage in certain time. This greatly concerns me and other players for when it may come to our NA server.
- Possible to make another type of mock battle that doesn’t rely on the player being “Overgeared” and more of “Skill based on how player utilize the character”?
- Can we get more rewards for Mock Battle such as Gear Booster Fuels, Gear Booster Fortifier, Equalizer, etc. Since there is no real incentive for players to play it besides the Union Membership Point which is already a small amount.

- I see that you guys already nerfed the story of Black Lambs, Wolf Dog, and Wildhuter so we can leveling faster. But i still see dungeons that excluded from story is still around. Maybe we can call it useless dungeon. Why you don’t remove it instead?

- Can we get f2p farming dungeon? I don’t see any reason why you nerfed IF dungeon entry into 3, im sure it killed f2p credit source.
- For IF dungeon, we could have the same system, but buff the credit/drops rate by 2x once again, seeing that when it went from 6×2 runs to 3×2 runs the drop amount has been doubled, but when it became just 3, no buffs had been applied.
Dev ResponseWe understand your concerns with the IF dungeon entry limit. These were adjusted because the value of farming was too much.
However, items that are dropped from these dungeons can be sold to earn credits starting from the next main story area, White Night Fortress.

- About the legion program is too hard for some certain character / class who need proc back atk manually. It is quite unbalanced for these player such as mine (Seha).

- Can we have a universal pet skill hotkey?
- Can you make every character able to equip same pet?
- Same deal with the Pet Enhancement system, you need to spend a lot of materials just for a minimal boost + a spare copy of said pet. Is there any plans to revamp that too?
Dev ResponseThank you for sharing your suggestion for a universal pet skill hotkey. We also believe that it would be easier to utilize the skills of the pet if we have this kind of feature, therefore, we will put it on the table and will consider this idea positively.
However, as for equipping the same pet suggestion, we’re afraid that it is not doable at this time. A character can only equip one pet at a time. We ask for your understanding that we will retain this real-time usage.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the Pet Enhancement system. We are providing Pet Cores which are needed to enhance pets through various channels such as in events. Furthermore, we will keep on finding ways for players to easily obtain it to level pets at ease.

- Again this is more regarding localization, are there any plans to improve it for those that enjoy reading the lore?
- Only suggestion i have is having more clarity in the skill/skill cube tooltips, especially for earlier characters. whether it’s in the skill’s general description or one of its skill cube tooltips, sometimes certain characteristics arent described properly.
