[Completed] Apr 11 Temporary Server Maintenance



Hello Agents,

We will be having temporary maintenance on April 11, 2022 following these schedule:

Schedule by time zone
  • April 11 at 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM UTC
  • April 10 at 11:30 PM – April 11 at 12:30 AM PDT
  • April 11 at 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM GMT+7

[h3]Issues that will be Fixed[/h3]
New/Returning Benefits
  • For those who got the incorrect New/Returning missions in Union Watch, your New/Returning benefits will reset.
  • After the reset, the New/Returning missions will activate for 30 days starting from the maintenance today.
  • The New/Returning buff will also get reactivated for another 30 days starting from the maintenance today.
  • The ‘Snow Bunny Ears’ costume will not be reset since users can only obtain it once per account.

Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused.

We will be providing a Compensation Package for the extended and temporary maintenance that were recently occurred after the server update. These item compensations will be provided during the next scheduled server maintenance.

Known Issues Notice – APR 8



Hello Agents,

We would like to announce the known bug that appeared after the latest patch update.

Missing ‘New/Returning’ Player tabs in UNION Watch
  • Players who already have their new/returned benefits cannot see their New/Returning tabs in UNION Watch.
  • Fix that will be applied: Those who got affected by this issue will have their New/Returning reset, however, all rewards that were already completed before can be obtained again after completing missions.

  • April 8, 2022 at 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM UTC
  • April 8, 2022 at 12:00 AM - 1:00 AM PDT
  • April 8, 2022 at 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM GMT+7
[h3]Issues that will be Fixed[/h3] Fatigue in the UNION Watch – Returning: Daily
  • ‘Fatigue’ task conditions were included in the UNION Watch which are not intended to be added. This will be removed during the temporary maintenance.
Daily Mission Clear Count
  • The clear count of daily mission final reward for level 20 or below for new/returning event is changed to 7
Basic Mission Clear Count
  • The clear count of basic mission final reward for new/returning event is changed to 8.

The temporary server maintenance has been extended. Expected server availability will be on April 8th at the following schedule (please note that the time is subject for change):
  • 9:00 AM UTC (2:00 AM PDT/4:00 PM GMT+7)
  • 10:00 AM UTC (3:00 AM PDT/5:00 PM GMT+7)
  • 11:00 AM UTC (4:00 AM PDT/6:00 PM GMT+7)
  • 12:00 PM UTC (5:00 AM PDT/7:00 PM GMT +7)

As of 12:00 PM UTC (5:00 AM PDT/7:00 PM GMT +7), the server is now up! We sincerely appreciate your patience for this maintenance. We are glad to announce that the following issues has been fixed:
  1. Fatigue mission has been removed
  2. Daily Mission clear count for level 20 or below for new/returning event is changed to 7
  3. Basic Mission Clear count for new/returning event is changed to 8.

Due to the inconvenience brought by the extended maintenance, we will be providing the compensation items during the next scheduled maintenance.
