Known Issue as of April 13



Hello Agents,

We would like to inform you of a known issue that was reported after the recent patch. The following concern will be fixed during the next patch update:
  • Machine King’s Transcendence Stone Expiration Date
    • The [Trinket] Machine King’s Transcendence Stone currently has a wrong expiration date. It indicates that it will be expired on December 2021 instead of October 2022.
    • We will be updating the item’s description to: “Until before maintenance in the mid of October, 2022.” during the next scheduled maintenance on April 20th.

We apologize for the confusion and thank you for your understanding.

Private Black Market Conditions Update



Private Black Market Conditions Update
The conditions for the the Private Black Market has been changed and details has been added!

Hello Agents,

We would like to clarify about what we have mentioned in our previous post (Pre-Notice: Private Black Market Update). Individual characters in the account must fulfill the conditions in order to try the Black Market Private trade, instead of only having one character fulfill it.

We hope for your understanding and we apologize for the confusion that this has caused. Below is the specific condition that was changed.



If there is at least one character that meets the said conditions, the rest of the characters in the same account can get access to Private Black Market.

Previous Condition




Before you will be able to use the Private Black Market feature on a character, the character must achieve the conditions.

 
Updated Condition


Therefore, you should have at least one level 90 character in the account.

Also, an individual character in the same account must be over 168 360 hours from the time it was created (Please refer to this link for this change: Private Black Market – Creation Duration Updated) and have cleared dungeons for 300 times.

If you wish your other characters to have access to the Black Market Private trade, you must achieve the individual conditions.

  • April 10 at 11:30 PM – April 11 at 12:30 AM PDT
  • April 11 at 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM GMT+7

New/Returning Benefits
  • For those who got the incorrect New/Returning missions in Union Watch, your New/Returning benefits will reset.
  • After the reset, the New/Returning missions will activate for 30 days starting from the maintenance today.
  • The New/Returning buff will also get reactivated for another 30 days starting from the maintenance today.
  • The ‘Snow Bunny Ears’ costume will not be reset since users can only obtain it once per account.

We will be providing a Compensation Package for the extended and temporary maintenance that were recently occurred after the server update. These item compensations will be provided during the next scheduled server maintenance.

Known Issues Notice – APR 8



Hello Agents,

We would like to announce the known bug that appeared after the latest patch update.

Missing ‘New/Returning’ Player tabs in UNION Watch
  • Players who already have their new/returned benefits cannot see their New/Returning tabs in UNION Watch.
  • Fix that will be applied: Those who got affected by this issue will have their New/Returning reset, however, all rewards that were already completed before can be obtained again after completing missions.
