We got some exciting news in store for you for the month of August. This includes the community’s most requested Q&A with the devs!

If you have any questions, constructive feedback, or suggestions that you wanted to ask and say to the Closers World Developers, post it via Discord in the #dev-q-and-a channel. The development team will be answering the frequently asked questions and concerns from the Closers World community!

The Q&A list will be posted in the Closers Official Website soon in the month of August.

We appreciate your feedback and suggestions. Due to your overwhelming support specifically to those who wanted the official merchandise, here are the changes that we applied and a summary to easily know how to get that!

• Clear event dungeons and randomly get Summer Festival Exchange Ticket 1st – 5th, or Special.
• Collect x10 Summer Festival Exchange Ticket (SPECIAL) and exchange it for a 2021 Beach Towel Raffle Ticket. The more raffle tickets that you have, the more chances of winning!
• 2021 Beach Towel Raffle Ticket will expire on September 8, 2021, at 9:00 AM UTC, but the data will be collected during the maintenance and winners will be announced on September 10th.
• 10 lucky players will be chosen as winners!

• Create digital art, hand-drawn art, or a painting that is related to ‘Summer’ and ‘Closers’.
• Join the Closers World Discord and submit your entry to #closers-summer-art-contest channel.

• The winners will be decided through votes! 50% will be decided by the public through Discord heart react and 50% will be based on the vote of from the Naddic Art Team.
• A total of 8 Winners will win a huge amount of N-coins, but the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will win the Closers Summer Swimsuit Beach Towel Set (Official Physical Merchandise)!
• Warning! Once the art was proven not originally created by the participant, they will be permanently banned from any community events in the future. 
• This event ends on August 16, 2021, at 12:00 AM UTC.
• Winners will be announced on August 18, 2021, and they will be contacted through Discord on the same account that they have used to participate.

• You are not only getting N-coins from your purchase, but you could also get rare item rewards when you reach a milestone!
• All item rewards will be given based on the total amount of N-coins charged on the account during the event period. 
• The top 10 players will receive a 2021 Summer Swimsuit Beach Towel set!
• Want to know if you are included in the Top 10 or not? On August 4th, you got only 1 chance to ask about it via Support inquiry until August 25t.
• As an update, we have added UMP to each milestone, and we will be adding more winners of the official merch!

Additional Rewards Included

• In addition, we will randomly pick 7 players who charged at least 50,000 N-coins and they will win a 2021 Summer Swimsuit Beach Towel set. If the participant is already included to the top 10, he/she won’t be included to the 7 random pick.
• The winner announcement and distribution of in-game item rewards will be on September 10, 2021, UTC. Winners for the official merch will be contacted via email.
