We will be having our server maintenance for Closers on this schedule:
  • UTC: March 24, 2021 at 07:00 AM – 10:00 AM UTC
  • PDT: March 24, 2021 at 12:00 AM – 3:00 AM PDT
  • GMT+7: March 24, 2021 at 02:00 PM – 5:00 PM GMT +7

Please be advised to log-off from the game before the maintenance starts.

During the server maintenance, we will apply new events and updates! So please keep an eye on our website or social media sites for further updates.

Update on Account Suspension



Hello Agents,

We would like to inform you that 27 accounts were permanently blocked from the Closers World server. This is due to suspicious and odd activity logs found in their accounts. If you feel this is a mistake, please send us an inquiry through https://www.closersonline.com/support/qna/ or send us an email to [email protected].

In general, we would like to warn everyone that using 3rd party hack tool, macro, or exploiting game bugs can lead to a permanent ban of an account or a permanent block from playing on the Closers World server.

Also, if you see any suspicious players or find any critical bugs, please report them immediately to our Customer Support and we will investigate them further.

Steam DLC Issue



Hello Agents,

We have received reports that users are having issues obtaining the DLC package in Steam. After further investigation, the items from the DLC are received but not visible in the account’s delivery box.

A patch fix has already been completed and this will be applied during the maintenance process on March 24th.

Players who purchased DLC from March 10 to 24 should see their items back at their delivery box after the fix has been applied.

Known Issues as of March 16



Hello Agents,

We would like to inform you of known issues that were reported during this patch. The following concerns will be fixed during the next update:
  • Item Bug: “[]] Washing machine item” from the Babel Program that disconnects the account after trying to use it
  • Text issue: The UMC shop items indicate to be per character instead of per account.
