We would like to inform you of the following issues that occurred after the March 19th patch update, which we are currently working on:

  • Missing Forum Photos
    • Some uploaded photos in the Forums have gone missing after the recent website update. Our team is actively investigating this and will do our best to recover them soon.
  • Incorrect Tooltip on [April Fool] Dyeing Ampoule Lucky Pouch
    • The tooltip is missing information about the Guaranteed Dyeing Ampoule. You can acquire 2~20 of Dyeing Ampoule or 1 Guaranteed Dyeing Ampoule.
    Payment Issue on Steam Platform
    • We have identified an issue where N-coin charge on the Steam platform is currently not functional. Our team is investigating the cause and working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
    Email-Related Functions Not Working at the Website
    • Functions that require email sending, such as Create Account and Find Password, are not working correctly. We are aware of the issue and working to restore these functions.
