Some updates to take note of!

Crew Dungeon Renewal and Legion Program
  • Crew dungeon’s required occupation rate by stage has been alleviated to half of the previous level! Some crew daily and weekly mission dungeons have been removed and added. Obtainable tasks, reputation points and crew activity point when clearing mission dungeon have also been changed.
  • A new WILD dungeon will be added to the Legion Program, which will also be restructured and have its difficulty levels adjusted!
Skill Level Adjustment
  • Skill level adjustment UX has been improved for your convenience!
Microsoft DirectX 11 Deployment
  • DirectX 11 will be updated to allow for the maximum frame to increase from 60fps to 120fps!
  • Please update ‘DirectX 11’ version for smoother playing, as the game will not be available with the versions below ‘DirectX 11’ after the update.

Hello Agents

We would like to inform everyone that Microsoft DirectX 11 will be updated during the regular scheduled maintenance on April 12, 2023 UTC.

Therefore, we advise all players to install and update their programs for normal game executions after the update. Additionally, the update has called for a temporary deactivation of the HDR function.

After the maintenance on April 12, it will not be possible to run the game with lower versions of DirectX 11.

Check your computer’s Direct X version here.

Install the latest version of DirectX here.

[h2]► Temporary Deactivation of HDR[/h2]
The HDR function found in Options > Screen Settings will be temporarily disabled.

We have confirmed that the effect color and shapes will look abnormal and irregular depending on the game screen, dungeon location, luminous intensity effect, applied effect and more when the HDR function is operating. This is caused by the incompatibility of several functions of the codes after converting the HDR development code from DirectX 9 to DirectX 11 versions.

As we are concerned that it will cause great inconvenience to Closers’ gameplay, we will apply a temporary deactivation and will re-design the code in the future to reimplement the HDR function.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will make notice of when it will be reactivated.

Step 2 Once you have selected a Jump character, you can skip or proceed with the Tutorial. Claim all your support items in your inventory!

*The items in your inventory will contain gear/costumes/consumable support boxes.
