Known Issue Notice – OCT 18th

Hello Agents,

We would like to inform you of a known issue that was found after the recent patch. The following concern will be fixed during the next scheduled maintenance update which will be held on October 26th:

No ‘Morning Star Candy’ Drop in Subjugation Program Dungeons
- It has come to our attention that ‘Morning Star Candy’ does not drop in Subjugation Program dungeons such as the following:
  - Subjugation Program: Irina
  - Subjugation Program: David
  - Battle Program: Wolfgang
  - Battle Program: Wolfgang
  - Battle Program: Hoffman
  - Battle Program: Hoffman
- As compensation for this issue, we will provide X20 Morning Star Candy through ingame mail after October 26th update.

Missing Renew Chip Support Box
- The ‘Renew Chip Support Box’ is currently missing from the Autumn Jumping Support Box. We will send this box to all accounts (once-per-account) between October 26 and November 23 during the scheduled maintenance.

October 17 Temporary Server Maintenance

Hello Agents,

Temporary maintenance will be conducted according to the following schedule per time zone:

Schedule by time zone

October 17 at 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM UTC
October 17 at 1:30 AM to 2:30 AM PDT
October 17 at 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM GMT+7

This is to address the Machine King Raid’s issues. We discovered that players who have not yet received the Asmodeus Audience/Meeting raid reward before the October 12th update maintenance are unable to enter the Machine King Raid. We will correct the data and provide three Machine King Raid Reward Boxes to the eligible players (estimated around 50 players).

We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

In addition to the previous temporary and hotfix maintenance compensation, we will offer a Compensation Package for this temporary maintenance during the next regularly scheduled server maintenance.

October 13 Hotfix Server Maintenance

Hello Agents,

Hotfix maintenance will be conducted according to the following schedule per time zone:

October 13 at 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM 10:00 AM UTC
October 12 at 11:30 PM – October 13 at 2:00 AM 3:00 AM PDT
October 13 at 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM 5:00 PM GMT+7

Updates

► The Unique Synchro Fiber Selectable Box is a 2nd day reward for Jumping Attendance that contains unintended tradeable synchro fibers. During the hotfix, we will remove the incorrect items and provide the right ones as soon as possible.

No adjustments will be made for players who have already consumed the fiber for the costume conversion. However, for those who sold the item on the Black Market without noticing the issue, we will soon provide you with some guidelines.

Our sincere apologies for this unforeseen problem and the repeated server downtime. Due to the Temporary and Hotfix maintenance, we will be providing compensation items during the upcoming scheduled patch update.

► We will be extending the Hotfix maintenance for an hour. The server is expected to be up and running at 10:00 AM UTC.

► As of 9:45 AM UTC, the server is now up and running. Thank you for your patience! Please note that we have removed all incorrect Synchro Fibers registered from Black Market and mailed those sellers the correct one.
