Account Suspension to Game Exploiters

Please be informed that several accounts have been found conducting an in-game exploit during the Jump Event. We have verified and applied each account a game suspension which will restrict them to continue playing Closers.

Known Issue as of May 18



Hello Agents,

We would like to inform you of a known issue that was found after the recent patch.
  • Re-pack Count Deduction of Dark Command Accessories
    • Once you have opened a “Dark Command Accessory Full Set Box” from the “Signature Accessory Full-Set Selectable Box”, all four accessory pieces will come out as unpacked along with a -1 repackaging count (98/99) which is not intended.
    • The said “Signature Accessory Full-Set Selectable Box” came from Midnight Crusader Washing Machine which is obtained by chance, or from the Accumulative purchase bonus of 700.
    • This issue will be addressed during the upcoming server maintenance on May 25th. We will provide Quality Assurance Seals to those who have chosen the “Dark Command Accessory Full Set Box” from the “Signature Accessory Full-Set Selectable Box”.
