We will be having a temporary server maintenance on September 27, 2021 in the following schedule by Time zone:

September 27, 2021

• 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM UTC
  
• 1:00 AM – 2:00 AM PDT
  
• 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM GMT+7

During the temporary server maintenance, the following known issues bugs will be fixed:

Geboring Mini Drink will be removed

• The fatigue potion that is currently found in crafting will be removed during the temporary maintenance.

Level Jump – Tina PNA will be fixed

• Newly created Tina characters from Jump event will have Lvl.35 Speed Chaser instead of Lvl.35 Stoicism in her PNA Special Strain.
  
• All of those who already created a Tina character from the Jump event will get following fixes:
  a.) Lvl.35 Speed Chaser Special Strain will be provided.
  b.) Stoicism Special Strain that are not Lvl.35 will be deleted.

We would like to announce the known bug that appeared after the latest patch update. 

Geboring Mini Drink in Arena Tab

• The fatigue potion that is currently found in crafting is a known issue and it will be removed during the hotfix. Please do not craft this item until the next update.

Level Jump – Tina PNA

• Tina characters that were created through the Level Jump event received ‘Stoicism’ Special Strain instead of ‘Speed Chaser’. We are still investigating this issue and the exact maintenance schedule in order to fix this will be announced later by next week. 
• While this is under review, please do not consume your materials to level-up your Speed Chaser since we will provide it once the issue will be fixed.
• After the fix has been made, all characters that were created through Level Jump will get their ‘Stoicism’ replaced to ‘Speed Chaser’.

▶ Mock Battle Update

• A ‘Mock Battle’ content that measures the rank of an agent has been added.
  • You can participate in the mock battle after completing the quest ‘Check Agent Rank’ from Celine at ‘Planar Gate’ area
  • You can participate in the mock battle through ‘Mock Battle Support Terminal’ at Planar Gate with an 85 or higher-level character.
  • Item Level 150 is recommended.
  • You can play the dungeon for a time limit of 2 minutes.
  • You can enter the mock battle once per character per day.
  • The Boss of the dungeon changes every Saturday at 4 am UTC.

• Mock Battle ranking system has been added.
  • Mock Battle is operated on a seasonal basis, and you can earn RP through playing the Mock Battle.
  • RP can be obtained according to the amount of damage dealt to the boss monster.
  • The obtained RP will be accumulated until the end of the season.
  • When the season is renewed, the rank of the agent for the next season will be determined based on the accumulated RP acquired during the previous season.
  • The mock battle rank is displayed on the character information, squad matching, investigation group search, and the UNION Arena (PVP) loading screen.
  • ‘Mock Battle Ranking(%)’ has been added to Ranking system.
  • ‘Mock Battle Ranking(%)’ reflects the highest score record within a week.
  • You can claim rewards according to the range you are included.

• Mock Battle rewards have been added.
  • You can obtain reward items according to the number of times you participated in the mock Battle within a week.
  • You can only record the number of participation in the Mock Battle once per day per account.
  • The mock Battle rewards can only be received once per account per round.
  • The secured rewards can be claimed with all characters in the account and can only be claimed sequentially.

▶ Eunha’s Fallen Night Signature Costume

• Eunha can obtain Fallen Night Signature costume through costume conversion.
• Use ‘Fallen Synchro Fiber’ in order to convert Eunha’s Fallen Night.
