All characters can claim it, but only Seha can open the box.
You can move it to the Account Bank and claim it with Seha if it was claimed on another character.

• [color]Skill Remake Growth Support Box Components[/color], except [color]Elite Status (7 days)[/color] & [color]UNION Special Phase Stabilizer[/color], will be removed on December 31, 2024 at 9:00 AM UTC.

• [color]UNION Next-Gen Boxes[/color] removal date: December 31, 2024 at 9:00 AM UTC.

• [color]Skill Remake! Gear Support Box Components[/color] cannot be destroyed, sold, traded, stored in Account or sold in the Black Market.
