Important Changes Coming in v.260



Hi Maplers,

We will be implementing changes to certain in-game features and would like to provide some information for what you can expect from these changes:
  • Removal and Refunds of Custom Titles
    • With the system revamp of the Medal and Title feature, Custom Titles and Medal Fusion Anvils will be removed from the Cash Shop and in-game.
    • Due to this we will be providing refunds to players who currently have a Custom Title Coupon obtained from the recent sale of Easter Baskets. The refund amount will be based on the Easter Basket the item was obtained from:
      • Large Mysterious Easter Basket: 3,000 Maple Points
      • Small Mysterious Easter Basket: 1,000 Maple Points
    • Refunds will be processed in 2 waves:
      • Wave 1: During the maintenance on June 11, 2025.
      • Wave 2: During a future maintenance in August 2025.
        • More details to follow in the future.
    • Please note the following:
      • Custom Titles will not function after the v.260 game update and we ask to refrain from using the Custom Title Coupon after the update.
      • If you used a Custom Title Coupon to receive a Custom Title, you are eligible for refund in August.
      • If you have a Medal Fusion Anvil Coupon or Medal Fusion Anvil, they will retain their functionality and still can be used.
  • Removal of Teleport Rocks from the Cash Shop
    • As part of a revamp to the way players navigate around the game, will be ending the sale of Teleport Rocks, Hyper Teleport Rocks, and VIP Teleport Rocks through the Cash Shop starting after the maintenance on June 11, 2025.
    • Players who currently have Teleport Rocks of any kind, including permanent ones, will still be able to use them alongside the revamp after the maintenance. Their functionality will remain unchanged from before the v.260 game update.
  • New Style Box Stamp Shop
    • We will be introducing a new type of Style Box Stamp, along with its very own Style Box Stamp Shop that you can look forward to in the Stargazer update.
    • Without spoiling any surprises, this upcoming change will affect the way Surprise Style Box items can be exchanged for stamps. So please carefully observe the details below:
      • Items obtained from Surprise Style Boxes AFTER June 25, 2025 at 8:00 AM UTC can ONLY be exchanged for stamps that will be used in the new Style Box Stamp Shop.
      • Items obtained from Surprise Style Boxes BEFORE June 25, 2025 at 8:00 AM UTC can ONLY be exchanged for stamps in the current Style Box Stamp Shop.
      • The existing Style Box Stamp Shop through NPC Shiro will remain accessible for any players who own existing Style Box Stamps.
      • The items that can be purchased from the existing Style Box Stamp Shop will be updated after June 25, 2025 8:00 AM UTC.
  • DirectX 11 Support
    • We will be introducing DirectX 11 support to provide a more enjoyable gaming experience. As such, DirectX 9 support will be discontinued from this point onward. We ask that you update to DirectX 11.0 or higher to ensure your game runs smoothly as support for DirectX 9 will end after the game update.
    • Troubleshooting - If the game doesn’t launch or you see a DirectX-related error after the update, we recommend checking your system’s DirectX version and updating if needed.
      • To download and update DirectX to the latest version, click HERE.
