[p]For the June 12 Compensation Box, we’re reissuing the box containing only the rewards you did not claim from the original box. The original boxes given on June 12 cannot be used anymore, and will disappear once their expiration date has passed. The reissued box will be available to claim until July 4, 2025 at 11:59 PM UTC via the Gift Drop.[/p]
[p]For the June 18 Compensation Box, we’re extending the claim period until June 28, 2025 and will be available via the Gift Drop. [/p]

\[Updated 6/17] We will be providing compensation due to the unscheduled maintenance held on June 14 and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We understand players also had issues with the new Erda Link system on Sia characters and we will be addressing this and providing compensation to players affected by this issue during the maintenance.

Due to the recent maintenances we will also be extending the sale of Philosopher's Books, Boss Hair Coupons, Boss Face Coupons, Boss Package (Blue), and Boss Package (Red) until July 2 at 8:00 AM UTC.

We will be performing a scheduled minor patch starting on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 5:00 AM PDT (8:00 AM EDT / 2:00 PM CEST / 10:00 PM AEST). \[Updated 6/18] We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 8 hours, concluding around 1:00 PM PDT (4:00 PM EDT / 10:00 PM CEST / 6:00 AM AEST June 19).
