MapleStory is a constantly evolving game, full of heroes, villains, and everything in between. But none of them are as important to us as you, our players who make Maple World what it is! The history of MapleStory is a long and winding one, and we love to hear more about your own journeys that you've taken as MapleStory has grown over the years. The question we'd like to ask you all is: What's Your MapleStory?

What is "What's Your MapleStory?"

Many of you might be familiar with this monthly showcase already, but for those of you who are new or unfamiliar, we want to hear about your amazing journey and experiences from MapleStory! Whether you just started or have been playing since the beginning, everyone has a story to tell! If you are selected, your story and photos will be featured in an article on the MapleStory website for other Maplers to see!

How do I participate?

To participate in "What's Your MapleStory?", all you need to do is complete this form! If chosen, you will be sent an email with additional questions to share more of your story. Additional images and screenshots are always welcome! We love to see pictures of your in-game character, Mapling with your friends or guildmates, and even your own happy face!

Hi Maplers,

We know many of you have been asking about the details for the v.225 instability issues compensation. We’re sorry that we’re sharing the details with you so late, but we’d like to share that there will be a 2x EXP and Drop event this weekend as compensation for the various crashing issues and extended downtime following the v.225 update. As mentioned in the event post, we will be having a 2x EXP and Drop event in all worlds on September 25 and September 26 at the following UTC times.

You may be curious why there was not much in the way of compensation updates until now. It took us additional time to finalize the details for the compensation as we also addressed some of the live issues. We wanted to share the details with you after the compensation event was confirmed and tested so that we could make sure everything was working properly first. We understand it may have been frustrating to wait without news, and we would like to thank you for your patience!

  • Fixed the issue where Sand Dwarf did not have a correct answer on the Tower of Oz 49th floor.
    
  • Fixed the issue where Blessing of Goo's Gift of Goo skill did not mention that the perk did not work when using the Arcane River Express Pass.
  • Fixed the issue where Final Pact prevented Dark Knight characters from respawning properly. 
  • Fixed the issue where the Thread of Fate Ask request did not change after the daily reset. 
  • [Updated September 15] Fixed the issue where Blessing of Goo's Treasure of the Goo: Ursus II skill did not grant bonus mesos during Ursus Golden Time.
    • [Updated September 16] This issue was erroneously included in this maintenance post. It has been confirmed that Blessing of Goo's Treasure of the Goo: Ursus II skill correctly increases the base meso rate by 45% without issues as intended. 
  • [Updated September 15] Fixed the issue where certain players did not receive the Blessing of Goo skill points even after completing the Goo Island daily missions. Since the affected players missed out on the skill perks due to this issue, we've extended the Blessing of Goo skill duration until October 5 at 11:59 PM UTC
    • Note: Blessing of Goo skill points will be reset for all players after the maintenance. Please remember to redistribute the obtained skill points to enjoy the perks once again.
