The 19th anniversary of Global MapleStory is coming up on May 11th! It’s crazy to think that we’ve been on this adventure with you all for 19 years. To celebrate, we’ve prepared special events as a thank you for being part of this community so be on the lookout for some sneak peeks!

v.250 - New Job: Forest Child Lynn

The arrival of Forest Child Lynn is finally here! Lynn is a magician that uses a Memorial Staff weapon and the power of the forest to summon Spirit Guides to help her defeat her enemies. While she can do strong damage with her Spirit Guide skills, she also has a variety of healing skills and buffs to help her party, so she will be very helpful as a support. (Also since players have been asking, yes, she will be released on the day of the v.250 update!)

We know many of you are curious about the conversion details from Beast Tamer to Lynn. Please wait until the patch notes have been released as it states all the information related to this topic.

Be prepared to witness history alongside the MapleStory Team! After our v.250 Mayple Island Update Preview Stream, we will be tuning in to watch Global MapleStory's very own Niru who will be the first player to reach Lv. 300! This is a historic moment and we are excited to see him cross the finish line. Prepare your Wealth Acquisition Potions and EXP Coupons, and tune into Niru's stream to be part of this unforgettable experience!

In the midst of our scheduled and unscheduled maintenances, we sometimes perform hotfixes to address a variety of bugs and issues without bringing down the servers. We will use this post as a collective hub to update our players with the hotfix details, such as when and which fix was applied. Each time there is an update, this post will be bumped up on our news page and the update will clearly be indicated with the date the hotfix was applied. We hope that this will be a useful record and helpful information for our players.

  • Fixed an issue that allowed players to incorrectly complete the 'Make a Minar Picnic Memory Bracelet' event, causing them to miss out on some rewards.

Experience the adorable new class, Forest Child Lynn, and her versatile kit that will be influential in any party environment. Play through the newly revamped [Hieizan] Theme Dungeon with quality of life and balance improvements. Organize your outfits and decorate all your characters with the return of the Cash Shop Transfer event. Create a Zero character at any time of the year now that Zero creation is no longer limited to specific seasons!



The fairies of Mayple Island have prepared so many events for you in celebration of the 19th anniversary of Global MapleStory! Participating in challenges every day will fill up the Mayple Wish Orb with wishes which will reward you with items, such as Growth Potions and 3x EXP Coupons. There will be three currencies you can use to redeem for items, Mayple Leaves, Mayple Candies, and Mayple Stars that you can earn from participating in daily events and mini-games. Additionally, the Mayple Island event map has numerous interactive areas where you can take pictures with your friends, so try sitting on various parts of the island (our favorite is the Merry-Go-Round). We can’t wait for you to enjoy the beautiful Mayple Island!





Forest Child Lynn is our newest class who uses the power of the forest to help Maplers defeat their enemies! Her Spirit Guides, Pan, Penni, and Paeon provide her with extra damage and each have special skills that can be helpful in any situation. Lynn has a few mobility skills including ‘Light Leap’ (flash jump) and ‘[Focus] Support Flight’ which instantly transports herself to a target and vice versa. Additionally, her kit is quite versatile containing multiple healing skills and even having a skill that increases item drop rate for herself! Lynn will always be available for creation but we will have special durational rewards at launch, so we highly recommend creating her upon release!





We’ve revamped the [Hieizan] Theme Dungeon so farming ‘Kanna’s Treasure’ every week will be more efficient! First and foremost, you will no longer teleport when attacking Mikagami, but rather only when you are attacked. In addition, the number of hits required to defeat Mikagami has been decreased. We’ve also made adjustments to the skills of Oura Shogun, Miroku, and Princess No to improve the overall balance of the dungeon.





The Cash Shop Transfer event has returned! For one week, you’ll be able to transfer Cash Shop items from a character to any other character of your choice within the same world. If you’re transferring to the same class, you’ll transfer through the Cash Inventory as usual without using the special new Cash Transfer button.





Currently, Zero can only be created during specific seasons but starting from the v.250 update, Zero will be available for creation at all times! Please note that in order to create a Zero, you must already have an existing Lv. 100 character.
