We have received your extensive reports on the connectivity issues with NVIDIA's GeForce NOW service and we are working closely with NVIDIA to resolve these issues as swiftly as possible. Any updates will be added to the top of this post, thank you for your patience.

  • The Beauty Salon has been returned for use and all Hairstyles that were replaced after the extended downtime have been restored.
    • Any Hairstyle changes made after the downtime up until the Beauty Salon was blocked will be lost. Please contact Player Support as we will work to recover those in a future maintenance.
  • Fixed the issue where Yeti X Pink Bean Inkwell Coins could not be used.

We will be performing an unscheduled channel maintenance on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 12:30 PM PDT (3:30 PM EDT / 8:30 PM CET / 6:30 AM AEDT March 24). We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 2 hours, concluding around 2:30 PM PDT (5:30 PM EDT / 10:30 PM CET / 8:30 AM AEDT March 24). The maintenance will be rolled out progressively in stages as outlined below. In-game slide messages will inform players of the maintenance progress and which channels to avoid.
