News and schedule tweak

[p][/p][p]First and foremost, we've managed to fix the recent bug surrounding the crooked shaft mining co not paying out any cash after investing AND why the steam achievements are currently not working.[/p][p]However, we're having a couple issues with getting together the steam build with the fix, therefore the fix for steam users will be up on Monday - Sorry for any inconvenience.[/p][p][/p][p]Other important news: At the coders request, the tech/QOL update will now be out the 15th of September instead of the end of this month. This doesn't really affect you guys too much, but just in case anyone was waiting around there on that.[/p][p][/p][p]Now, onto news with the next major update. We're still working on it and gathering the assets. This update WILL continue the main story and further expand the free city of Hamun.
