Hello everyone,

With summer upon us, things might seem to be moving at a slower pace, but behind the scenes, we’re hard at work on some exciting new updates for Tower! Simulator 3.

We're thrilled to announce that our next Places update is shaping up to be a major one. This update will bring you the third free airport and a significant visual overhaul. We’ve even shared some sneak peeks to give you a taste of what’s coming!





We’re also developing a new non-verbal interface, which we’ve teased with a few images. This upcoming update is set to be the largest we’ve released for Tower! Simulator 3.



The changelog is evolving, and updates may come less frequently due to the size and complexity of each task. However, we’re making great progress and are excited to release this update soon. Afterward, we plan to accelerate the release of future updates and aim to bring you another free airport before the end of the year.

This isn’t just another routine update; it’s a major leap forward that redefines the very essence of ATC simulation. Enhanced Control: New Mouse Commands and UI Features
Whether you prefer voice commands or not, Tower! Simulator 3 now offers a sophisticated non-verbal command system. With this update, every active aircraft will display a label with its callsign, allowing you to issue commands with just a click. The intuitive color-coded system will guide you through the urgency and importance of each command—so you can keep the traffic flowing smoothly with minimal stress.

Performance Boosts: Smooth Gameplay with FSR 3.0
Worried about performance? We’ve got you covered. The "Places 4" update includes ongoing optimizations to ensure your gameplay experience is as smooth as possible. With support for FSR 3.0 (FidelityFX Super Resolution), expect incredible frame rates and maximum visual fidelity without needing a top-of-the-line PC.





For those eager about upcoming DLCs, we’re excited to confirm EHAM and VIDP. We’re also planning a summer release for an MSFS airport that has been highly requested for Tower! Simulator. This will launch for MSFS first, with the Tower! Simulator version following.

Ready for Pittsburgh?

[KPIT] - Pittsburgh International Airport has four runways, a wide, open layout. Three east–west parallel runways and a fourth crosswind runway. The airport’s two longest runways are 11,500 feet (3,510 m) and 10,775 feet (3,280 m), allowing PIT to accommodate the largest airliners.



In 2021, the airport became the first in the world with its own microgrid, which provides power to the entire airport with natural gas and solar power.

Terminal
The airport complex consists of two main buildings, the “Landside Terminal” and the “Airside Terminal”. The terminal consists of 75 gates on four concourses; however, only 56 gates are available for use.

FIXED when you select more than 5 positions (multiplayer) only the first 5 shows
