The game has been crowdfunded!

We are honoured to officially confirm - the crowdfunding campaign has been successful, which means that there will be a full version of the game M.E.A.T. II: Absolute Zero. The release is scheduled for 2023.

Another patch has just been added to the demo of M.E.A.T. II - Absolute Zero. You can find the details in the patch notes below:

New Functionalities:
- Audio SFX and Music Settings are now separated
- Christmas Beaver Mode surprise
- Informing about MEAT pickable bonus by on-screen icon

Functionality Improvement:
- Dead Beaver bodies disappear in Beaver Mode
- Axe attack delay decreased
- Amareno attack range has been increased
- Amareno attack missile has been enlarged
- Improved Amareno Corridor difficulty
- Demo Text Updated
- Improved Shotgun damage

Fixed Bugs:
- Fixed screen resolution issues in main menu
- English Version: Fixed repetetive "player hurt" sound
- Fixed Main Menu issue with memory usage drain
- Fixed Max Telestarion cap in Polish Version Beaver Mode
- Fixed Disappearing Mouse Cursor issue
- Few other minor bug fixes.

Patch v.0.3 is out!

M.E.A.T.: Absolute Zero demo has just entered the 3.0 phase!

New Functionalities:
- Max Telestarion Cap Added
- Game is now playable using a controller
- Weapon change sounds added
- New pickable item added: MEAT (M) Increasing damage or movement speed with 5 seconds duration.
- Intro and Outro cutscenes added
- Exploding Barrels Added
- Added new sound effects when opening closed doors
- Added new sound effects when each boss is discovered
- Added new Słoń(PL) and Skit(ENG) audio clips on ammo pickup
- Added new Słoń(PL) clip on enemy damage
- Dash usage instruction added to the gameplay

Functionality Improvement:
- Changed Cultist (Male) to Cultist (Female) in Lilith's Arena
- Increased Minigun clip size
- Fixed door-opening bug
- Reduced Słoń(PL)'s and Skit(ENG)'s repetetive audio clips playback probability.

- Increased Cultist (Female) attack range
- Removed first floor barriers in Lilith's Arena
- Gamepad Cursor has been centred

- Statistics text has been translated in ENG version
- Removed roof-hole in the Library Room
- Fixed non-disappearing "Gate is Closed" text bug

- Fixed Lilith's Health Bar bugs
- Fixed Lilith's non-spawnable key bug
- Removed Cultist double drop bug

Setting up the controller for the first time can take up to several minutes, depending on your computer's specifications.

Remember - sometimes it is required to restart the Steam application in order for the changes to take place. Enjoy!

The game’s demo has just been updated with a new patch - v.0.2.

- Added scoreboard after death and after passing the game
- A new game mode has been added: Beaver Mode
- Beaver Mode is available in the Main Menu and after passing the game
- Added new visual effects after using Absolute Zero and Dash skills
- Game ending graphics have been changed
- Death screen graphics have been changed
- Reduced the Axe’s size
- Amareno's blood color has been improved
- Lilith's speed has been reduced
- Reduced Lilith's range of stopping at objects
- Removed the FPS-limiting script
- Forced V-sync has been added
- Fixed the Beaver King’s attack animation
- Added the end screen subtitles highlighting
