Update 1.0,2 Out Now!

Hey Guys!

We would like to announce the final result of the survey v1.0. We created a post for you to vote on what would be the future of Scarlet Tower. The voting result was:

So we will proceed with the Content DLC and patches for balancing and fixing the base game, and we will announce the DLC soon.

[h3]Bug Fixes[/h3]
  • In-game exit tab now correctly pauses the game.
  • Ultimate ability no longer activates with the UI open.
  • Fixed bug where Skeleton Staff fusions were constantly removing weapons from their recipes.
  • Frostfire Burn description now displays its activation chance correctly (previously showing 100% chance).
  • Reduced death screen delay.
  • Summoning staffs descriptions now display correctly.
  • "Give Up" button no longer overlaps the "Apply" button in options.
  • Start/Enter button now plays the map selection UI.
  • Loyalty points now display correctly, even if the player has reached the limit of 10 mastery talents.
  • Fixed bug where Skeleton Staff fusions were constantly removing weapons from their recipes.
  • Interval for Skeleton Staff and its fusions (Fire/Slime/Ice Skeleton Staff) now updates correctly.
  • Frostfire Burn description now displays its activation chance correctly (previously showing 100% chance).
  • Fixed bug where it was possible to exceed the 10 faction talent limit.
  • Corrected description of Bloody Blindness.
  • Corrected description of Pertinent Star.
  • Cooldown display for Lunar Eclipse corrected.
  • Corrected description of Exorcism.
  • Tooltip now closes correctly on the encyclopedia UI.
  • Fusion rarities are now shown correctly in weapon tooltip.
  • Necromancer mission cemetery now always appears within reachable distance.

Update 1.0,1 Out Now!

Hey Guys!

The update v1.0.1 is now available! Let's go to the patch notes!

This update was focused on making the game bug-free. We will release a new update over the weekend to finalize all the bugs that were reported on Discord #bug-report ( https://discord.gg/SMUMaKJ6qX ).


For players who are looking for an extra challenge, we are working on the "Nightmare" mode, which can be activated on any map and corruption level, drastically increasing the strength of enemies and their rewards. We are planning to release it in the next update (v1.0.2).

  • "Give Up" button added to the Pause menu.
  • New wave of enemies on the "Leviathan's Lair" map in the "Endless Mode".


[h3]Bug Fixes[/h3]
  • Fixed the "King of The Hill" talent scaling infinitely.
  • Skeleton Staff (Base and Fusions) now removes the oldest skeleton to summon a new one if the player has reached the summon limit.
  • Familiar abilities are now correctly brought.
  • Missions with area on the minimap now display correctly (Necro).
  • Improvements in the font selection screen.
  • Champions (NPCs) no longer occupy summon space.
  • Weapon tooltips now open correctly.
  • Translation of the tooltip on how to unlock maps is now correctly translated.
  • Ghost icons on the minimap fixed.
  • Fixed fusion tooltip sometimes showing "Fusion with:" instead of the weapon name.
  • Engineer's mission now displays the percentage correctly.
  • Issues with hovering and selection in the chest UI have been fixed.
  • Menu animation issues fixed.

A: Small Updates The option of small content updates every 30~45 days. Such as weapons, familiars, fusions, etc...

Update v1.0

Hey Guys,

After 3 months of work on bug fixes and optimizations, we're going to announce everything about version 1.0 and future updates.

The version 1.0 update will be available on March 25th (Tomorrow).

The focus of this update is to add everything you've requested from Steam, like Steam Cards/Badges/Avatars, significant enemy balancing, and millions of performance improvements. We want version 1.0 to run at 60 FPS on most devices.
