When we initially launched Hotel Galactic Early Access, it quickly became clear that the release was premature. Unfortunately, at the time we couldn’t change an executive decision that had already been made for us.[/p][p]Since then, a lot has changed. Internally, we’ve rebuilt our management team and reshaped the way we work, making sure that this time no one can pressure us into decisions we don’t fully believe in.[/p][p]
[/p][p]Over the past 3 months, we’ve been fully focused on the game. We reinvented core logic, rebuilt major systems, and reworked NPC’s AI from the ground up, all to ensure that Hotel Galactic can finally become the game we always envisioned. Now, we’re ready to move forward, stronger than ever, and we hope you’ll see the same potential in Hotel Galactic that we’ve always seen. We deeply love this project, and we refuse to consider any scenario other than success. [/p][p][dynamiclink][/dynamiclink]We also know that we can’t achieve this alone. Your support is essential. - [p]Guest review random review text issue – Guests review text is a random placeholder. We’ll come with something funny here one day![/p]
- [p]Freeze on ultra-wide resolutions – A freeze may occur during the cutscene at the start of the Law is Law quest when using an ultra-wide resolution. We need more ultrawide screens in the company…
TEMPORARY SOLUTION: The issue can be avoided by changing the resolution before the cutscene starts or by skipping the cutscene.[/p] - [p]Rare elevator issue – Workers sometimes enter an elevator but refuse to use it.
TEMPORARY SOLUTION: Reload.[/p] - [p]Very rare bridge visual bug – A bridge between islands may visually disappear. This is a purely visual issue; workers continue to use the crossing correctly. TEMPORARY SOLUTION: Reload.[/p]
- [p]Worker transport ship issue – If a ship carrying workers is called immediately after the previous one departs, it may return without new workers. Call him again![/p]
- [p]Language change issue – Changing the language does not correctly update all strings in the main menu. Entering the game resolves the issue.[/p]
- [p]Compendium layout issue – The Compendium may lose its correct layout at low resolutions.[/p]
- [p]Steam Deck and controller support – There are several control-related issues on Steam Deck and with controllers. TEMPORARY SOLUTION: for all of them is to use a mouse or the touch panel. We are currently working on full controller and Steam Deck support.[/p]
- [p]Guest review text issue – Occasionally, a guest’s review sentence on the rating card may be cut off.[/p]
- [p]Guest overlap issue – Guests may sometimes visually overlap with one another.[/p]
- [p]Bento crafting localization issue – An incorrect, non-localized string appears during bento crafting.[/p]
- [p]Cooking drag cancellation issue – Canceling the drag of an ingredient from a pot or cutting board may cause ingredients taken from storage to remain floating in the air after being released. TEMPORARY SOLUTION: Reload.[/p]
- [p]Potential crashes – We are currently investigating issues related to memory leaks and overall stability on certain hardware configurations. Due to the wide variety of PC setups, we kindly ask players to help us by reporting crashes and stability issues, as your hardware diversity greatly exceeds what we can cover through internal testing alone.[/p]
- [p]Potential crash while staying in pause menu for extended period of time – On some hardware configurations, we have confirmed a crash that can occur after staying in the pause menu for an extended period, especially when the game is minimized.[/p][p] [/p]
