We’re excited to announce that South Pole Bebop will be part of Midgard’s new event showcasing carbon-accountable games!



From Dec 4 (3PM CET) to 12 (9AM CET) on GOG and Dec 9 (3PM CET) to 16 (9AM CET) on Steam, this event will spotlight games made by developers who have tracked and disclosed their carbon emissions during development. Featuring over 20 titles, this initiative takes a fresh approach to sustainability in the gaming industry, highlighting the importance of carbon disclosures.

As climate-conscious gamers make up 72% of the community, Midgard hopes to raise awareness about upcoming carbon tracking requirements for developers starting in 2025.
