You need to be a special kind of hard-ass to wear black leather in Texas. These drabs ain't for quitters. It’s time to bring the heat in every sense of the word. In order to hide our upcoming activities and cast some of the blame on a local biker gang, Gemma has provided some new outfits for the gang that they can use in the next heist. Some subtle subterfuge is never a bad thing, right?

We kick off the next chapter in the Texas Heat saga in style with the High Octane Tailor Pack. In addition to the weapon pack and heist, the Lost in Transit Bundle also contains a music DLC containing songs created for the 2020 campaign 'Silk Road'.

This bundle contains 4 DLCs, the first of which, the High Octane Tailor Pack, is now available alongside the bundle. The other three DLC’s, Tijuana Music Pack, the McShay Weapon Pack 2 and the Lost in Transit Heist, will be released on August 31st, September 21st and on October 19th respectively.

In this new Tailor Pack, it’s all about the freedom of the open road and the smell of grease and gasoline. Are you the leader of the pack? The wild one, feared by the local law? Maybe you’re just trying to get closer to Rust? Then this is a must-have tailor pack.

In this DLC we have some awesome kit for you, “Hell on Wheels” some good old-fashioned Leathers that anyone riding the big fives would be happy with. If your style is more to show off your ink from your Chopper as you weave between the cages then you might want to put in the “Road Rage”. Just don’t have a spill or you’ll be switching those tatts for road rash.

And last but not least, don't ride without your lid on. It helps avoid unwanted attention before a heist or unwanted identification after. These 6 new helmets will help with both, to various degrees. As all know, the ultimate statement of who you are sits in your helmet so choose wisely.

[h2]Zeal Marksmen[/h2]In response to the tactical efficiency of the Marshal Marksman unit, the Department of Homeland Surveillance has decided to update its own ZEAL Marksmen with Marshal traits.

The ZEAL Marksman will employ semi-auto rifles with armor-piercing rounds, dealing low damage but at a faster rate of fire. Replacing heavy rifle units, ZEAL Marksmen will return to Holdout and Crime Spree missions with damage that no longer scales based on wave or rank. Their new armor better protects their bodies from harm, but makes them more susceptible to headshots.

Midland Ranch Heist

• Added an outline for converted first responders
  
• Fixed an issue that allowed the laptop beeping SFX to still be heard when the laptop had already been picked up
  
• Fixed an issue that would cause extra weapon crates to spawn into the level
  
• Fixed an issue that would cause the number of extra weapon crates to be uneven
  
• Fixed a collision issue that allowed players to fall through the floor
  
• Changed some props in the level located on the workbenches
  
• Fixed some graphical issues in the environment where the players could see through the world

• Fixed an issue where standing in certain areas prevented enemy AI from attacking the player

Marksman/Sniper Units

• Increased the health of the Marshal Marksman to the intended value

ZEAL Marksman

• They will now miss their first shot
  
• Changed the voices to use the same filter as SWAT units on Death Sentence difficulty
  
• They will now deal the same damage as a heavy assault rifle on OVERKILL difficulty, and they will still pierce armor
  
• Increased their fire rate, will still shoot one shot at a time
  
• ZEAL Marksman health and headshot multiplier will scale based on difficulty

Crime Spree and Holdout

• ZEAL Marksman has been readded to Holdout
  
• ZEAL Marksman damage will no longer scale in Crime Spree
  
• Sniper damage will no longer scale in Crime Spree
  
• ZEAL Marksman will now only replace the spawn of a heavy rifle units

Updates may be incompatible with the mods you may have installed. Even seemingly unrelated mods may cause unexpected issues. If you are experiencing any issues with the game; try removing any mods you may have installed and try again.

If you are having issues with an unmodded game you can try to verify the integrity of the game files. In the steam library; right click on PAYDAY 2. Select "Properties" from the menu. Under the tab "LOCAL FILES" select "VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES...".

Midland Ranch

• Fixed some Ai navigation issues
  
• Fixed visual issues where items disappeared from view
  
• Fixed an issue where players could skip the C4 objective if securing loot bags early
  
• Fixed an issue where achievement icons were missing ingame
  
• Fixed a VO issue where Locke would repeat himself
  
• Fixed a crash when players connected to a game while the turret was firing
  
• Fixed a visual issue where windows that can't be lockpicked didn't spawn glass shards when shot
  
• Fixed an issue where two AI could spawn on top of each other
  
• Fixed an issue where there was a scared civilian on higher difficulties on the right path from spawn
  
• Fixed an audio issue where the turret sound played 2D audio
  

Twitch Drops

• Potential fix for Twitch Drops not working until 3/3 items were claimed on twitch.

The Midland Ranch heist is the first chapter in the epic saga we call Texas Heat. Our fearless heisters have headed down south and are getting ready to gain another ally and another mortal foe.

[h2]Midland Ranch[/h2]

Gemma McShay has come to us with a proposition, a way we can make some cash and take out her main rival in a single blow. Notorious gunrunner Esteban Santiago runs his operation out of a ranch compound in rural Texas. No cattle or horse riding lessons here, just a massive collection of weapon prototypes worth a fortune on the black market. If we can get those guns to Gemma, she'll pay us top dollar. And if we can sabotage Esteban's workshop on the way out, we'll get a nice bonus. Bring some big iron or sneak in undetected, the choice is yours, but Esteban's operation will take a heavy blow today.

[h2]US Marshals[/h2]

The US Marshal Sharpshooter, feared by villains and crooks all over Texas. In PAYDAY, we’re introducing them as a new enemy alongside the Midland Ranch heist. These enemies will try to stay at a middle distance, not quite as far as snipers, but further away than the regular cops. Be on the lookout for the glint of their scopes or the trail of their bullets as this new combatant will come after you, no matter what difficulty you play on.
After we’ve received some feedback from you lovely people, the US Marshal will start appearing in other levels as well, we look forward to hearing what you think.
