[p]We have identified the following issues in Touhou Danmaku Kagura Phantasia Lost, after the v1.9.1 update released on June 26.[/p][p] [/p]

• [p]When playing a song on the Kagura Stage and selecting one of the newly added 4KEY or 6KEY charts, the screen goes black and the game becomes unplayable.[/p]
• [p]In some songs, the chart difficulty level is displayed incorrectly.[/p]
