An update on Game Stability & Crashes 📣🎮

Hello everyone!👋

We'd like to share an update on the game's health and technical stability.

We've received multiple reports of the game crashing, often without specific input. 🕹️

We don't have a fix (yet), but ⬇️ we recommend you do the actions below ⬇️

1. Update the game to the latest version
   
2. Verify the integrity of the game's files in the Steam Library settings
   
3. Update your GPU driver to the latest one
   
4. Clear your DirectX / Nvidia shader cache - Instructions HERE (or in doubt your favorite AI!)

We've investigated the issue and identified the following points ... 🕵️

• ⛓️Many crashes involve the "Swap Chain" - a mechanism that renders the final images on screen
  
• 🐞These crashes point to the error "0x887a0005" - a communication error with the GPU
  

This indicates a driver conflict. 💥

Unfortunately, these are processes we have little control over - if any. 😟

This seems to be linked to the latest Windows 11 update (24H2). 🖥️
