Hotfix 2885 - accolades for March, translations, patron heads

Just released minor hotfix for the current build. Changelog below:

[added] accolades for March
[fixed] scoreboard issues with not hiding colour from admins
[modified] Azazyl's head
[added] NovaPixel's head
[added] pt_br and cn_zh translations
[modified] maps folder structure
