Thank you so much for your continued love and support for Dragonheir: Silent Gods.
The game will enter maintenance starting from UTC 2024/11/7 02:00. We expect to complete the update and reopen the servers in early December after the update is finished (please stay tuned for official announcements and notifications for the exact time).
During this maintenance period, please note the following regarding game progress, time-limited events, and monthly passes:
Monthly Passes (Wyrmarrow Mining Warrant & Daily Supply from Three Ears): The validity period will be extended by the number of days affected during the maintenance;
Example: If you have 10 days left on your monthly pass on November 7th, you will still have 10 days remaining when the servers reopen.
Walker's Trails: Upon server reopening, you will receive compensation for the Trail experience and rewards based on completing all daily tasks and weekly quests during the maintenance period. For expired Trails, rewards will be based on the maximum obtainable experience within the valid period;
Example: If your Journey level is 20 with Travel EXP at (0/100) on November 7th, and the maintenance lasts for 25 days, you will receive 6700 Travel EXP (100 max daily EXP * 25 days plus 150 EXP from 28 weekly quests over 4 weeks), equivalent to Trail level 67.
Additionally, to thank you for your patience during this extended wait, we will provide all Travelers with: Heliolite Dice × 25 and Wyrmarrow ×1,888 as compensation upon server reopening.
Regarding Seasons:
1. Time-limited series events within the season (Treasure Hunter, Goblin Rage, Cave Raider, Ace Challenger, Hard Training, Imperial Shadow Recast, Lunar Halo Convergence, Awakening the Spring of Iskalland, Dance of Misfortune) will not be restarted and will end as originally scheduled.
(Example) If Server A's limited-time event started on Nov 6 with a 15-day duration, and the server maintenance began on Nov 7 (1 day into the event), the event originally set to end on Nov 21 will conclude normally without reopening. No compensation will be provided for event-related rewards. For instance, the Dance of Misfortune event and its exchange shop will not reopen, and all displayed exchange rewards will become unavailable and expire when the event ends;
2. Season-limited summon series (Echoes of Otherworld, Heliolite Aggregation,Celestial Alternate Summons, Blessed Summons) will not be reopened and will end as originally scheduled.
3. Seasonal Settlement:
(Example) If Server A enters maintenance on the 10th day of a new season before the Season Boss opens, and the maintenance period ends before the Season Boss becomes available, the Season Boss challenge will proceed normally upon server reopening, and season rankings will be settled as usual;
(Example) If Server B enters maintenance on the 70th day of a new season with the season boss about to open, but the server reopens after the boss challenge period ends, the season rankings will be settled based on data from before the maintenance;
(Example) If Server C enters maintenance on the 80th day of a new season during an ongoing season boss challenge, and the server reopens after the boss challenge period, the season rankings will be settled based on the last available boss challenge data before maintenance.
