First, we would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to everyone for your continuous support and love for Dragonheir: Silent Gods. Your support has enabled us to achieve such gratifying progress and accomplishments.
Due to a recent change in the game's operating and publishing entity, we will need to adjust the game's operation plan accordingly. As of November 7, 2024, the game's operations will be transferred to Proxima Beta Pte. Limited, who will take over the publishing and operating responsibilities moving forward.
We understand that Dragonheir: Silent Gods holds precious memories of adventure for many Travelers. We are excited to continue working with you under the new publishing and operating entity, and we look forward to further developing the game and continuing our journey together.
Account Data Migration
Due to the aforementioned change, we will be conducting the Account Data Migration in the near future. Here is a brief introduction to the process:
① Migration Scope: The migration will apply to each user account that has been used to create in-game characters and did not opt out of transferring its data to the new publisher.
② Migration Requirements: before the Migration Time starts, Travelers will need to (i) log in to the game; (ii) access the Account Binding feature by clicking the entrance located in the upper-right corner of the game's home page; (iii) complete the account binding process using a Google/Facebook/Apple ID account; (iv) after binding your account, please double-check the binding status to ensure it was successful; (v) make a note of your account ID, as you might need this later.
※ [Caution]: User Accounts that were only bound with VK accounts or Guest Accounts will need to be additionally bound to a Google/Facebook/Apple ID account before the Migration Time starts in order to complete the data migration process.
③ Migration Time: starting on November 7, 2024, at 02:00 UTC, until the game version update is completed and available in the relevant online stores. During this time, the game won’t be available.
④ Migration Preparation: To complete the data migration process, you will need your regularly used mobile or PC device for login, as well as your third-party account (Google, Facebook, or Apple ID) that is bound to your game account, along with its password
For Travelers who have completed the account binding before the migration time and have not opted out of transferring their data to the new publisher, your account data will be safely preserved during the migration. You will be able to explore the land of Adenthia again once the migration is complete.
Before we initiate the data migration process to the new publisher, we will provide a detailed tutorial and FAQ page to all Travelers. Please note that during the Migration Time, game login will be unavailable for 24 days (a detailed schedule will be released soon). Please stay tuned for further notice.

Please take good care of your game account data and personal information, and do not disclose your account information to others.
Server Maintenance Time: Starting on November 7, 2024, at 02:00 UTC. During this period, logging in to the game will not be available until the maintenance is completed. After the maintenance, Travelers will need to download and install the newest version of the game from the official website or online stores to access the game again.
Migration Gift: After the server maintenance and migration are completed, Travelers can log in to the new version of the game to receive [Heliolite Dice x5 & Starlight Stone Dice x10] as a gift.
Migration Completion Time: Silent Gods is scheduled to be back online on December 1, 2024, at 02:00 UTC, after the server maintenance. Please be aware that such a schedule is subject to change, so please stay tuned for specific timing updates in future notices. After the game is back online, Travelers can log in to the new version of the game using the Google, Facebook, or Apple ID account bound to their game account.
Once Travelers complete the migration process according to the Migration Requirements, all your game assets (including game progress, currencies, resources, items, etc.) will be preserved. You may log in using your bound Google, Facebook, or Apple ID account to verify the integrity of your data and progress.
After the completion of data migration and server maintenance, some Travelers may need to undergo age verification again before accessing the game or making in-game purchases, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations in certain regions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
