An Intermediate Season will be around the corner. During the Intermediate Season, your exploration in Adenthia will remain the same as that of S4.
Due to multiple causes, such as data migration, the development team has to wait until the transitions are completed before we can restart the game development and create new content wholeheartedly for Travelers.
〓 Brief Introduction to Intermediate Season Content 〓
■ Exploration Replay
● [San Ramallan]: The sandbox scene for [Otherworld Exploration] of S4 returns. San Ramallan, situated in Southern Adenthia, adjacent to the vast Ysurman Desert, is said to imprison a "malfeasant" undergoing the Dragon Queen's retribution.
■ Story Replay
● [Phantom of San Ramallan]: The story for [Otherworld Exploration] of S4 returns. As the whole Material Plane sinks into the turmoil of inquietum, Isitarian speculates that this chaos may derive from San Ramallan and summons you for help. You will be traveling to the volcano alone, and looking into the connection between the incident and Aschetius, the Fiery Dragon.
■ Hero Return
● Legendary Artifacts, Legendary Heroes, Legendary Hero Imprints and Epic Heroes from the previous seasons will be available in the exchange shops of Fey Meander, Pillar of Trial, fragment events, and season settlement. Travelers may take this opportunity to obtain past content.
■ Dungeon Reward
● The reward pool of each equipment dungeon will be expanded by 1 or 2 sets of legendary equipment based on the S4 reward pool.
■ Boss Return
● [Lady of Nightswamp - Phosphora]: The Fey Meander Boss of this season, a banshee reigning the domain of darkness. Her passive skill summons two cocoons to aid in the battle and grants herself Defense Up and shield each time Phosphora loses a fixed portion of her Max HP. Her ultimate skill deals global damage and can inflict Silence and Blind on her enemies.
● [Lava Fiery Dragon - Aschetius]: The Otherworld Exploration Boss of this season, an evil dragon god corrupted by the inquietum. His passive skill increases his damage dealt over time in the battle, and grants himself certain stacks of Frenzy effect each time he casts a skill. When his Frenzy stacks reach a specific number, he will deal global damage to his enemies at intervals.
■ Introduction to Event Settlement
● [Forthfaring Summons]: Special summons customized on the basis of Travelers' S4 season settlement rankings. There will be three of these exclusive summons, each requiring [Season Summon Tickets] of the corresponding rarity, while all of them provide an easily available guarantee and a high rate of pulling heroes from the new season.
● [Odyssey Featured Summons]: During the Intermediate Season, season-exclusive summons for S4, S3, and S2 will return according to this schedule:
Day 1-10 of the season: S4 exclusive summons
Day 29-38 of the season: S3 exclusive summons
Day 57-66 of the season: S2 exclusive summons
● Intermediate Season settlement reward: season-exclusive Avatar Frame and Avatar will be replaced by Heliolite Dice in the Mount&Season Shop, while other merchandise will remain the same.
■ Other Content
● [Temporal Vortex - Raging Mode]: This challenge mode will be available periodically with certain unlock conditions and a time limit. In the Raging Mode, Travelers can obtain one [Fixed Buff] and select two of multiple [Optional Buffs] to initiate the challenge without challenge attempt limits. Depending on the damage record, damage milestone rewards and ranking rewards will be issued.
● [Elemental Affinity] Rotation: The Intermediate Season will inherit the S4 Elemental Affinity (Fire & Poison - Ulceration, Lightning & Radiance - Resplendence, Ice & Necrosis - Permafrost), and there will be some adjustments to the Elemental Affinity skills (i.e. Affinity Solvent upgrades).
● [Clepsydra Trail]: Will inherit the [World Challenge] and [Champion Emblem] missions added in S4.
● [Journal - Adventure]: Will inherit the trial missions added in S4.
● [Battle - Acceleration]: In-battle acceleration feature will be available for battles of Local Quest, Temporal Vortex, Overworld Boss, Season Boss, etc.
● Optimized UI interactions and display.
● Other adjustments and optimizations for higher accessibility.
