Bugs fixed:

• Fixed the required level for equipment upgrades
  
• Fixed the smartphone camera app upgrade
  
• Fixed the cctv location text on each security cam on the new map
  
• The hacking speed upgrade for the smartphone now works on all devices
  
• Fixed an bug where stealable paintings would disappear if you picked them up while carrying something
  
• Fixed some instructions in the training heist that required equipment upgrades
