Merchant inventory with tabs, new spell and more

[p]- Merchant has now inventory with tabs![/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]- new Scroll/Book: Mirror Illusion – Summons a clone of yourself to confuse enemies.[/p][p]- Resist are now NOT percentage (easy comparison to melee damage!)[/p][p]- Game speed enhanced (average FPS on my PC ~260)
