New ally control panel, iron helmets and more

- new ally control panel allows to

• control each ally individually
  
• order ally to leave/re-join squad
  
• destroy ally
  

- enemies can knock your shield out, watch out!
- now helmets can be made of iron and steel
- equipment descriptor now shows item image in the header
