toggle it at any time using: middle mouse or TAB

- added auto-fire
- override auto-aim direction while auto-firing by tilting the right controller stick, or by regularly aiming and clicking with the mouse - this will keep auto-attack going, but allow you to be picky about whom to blast with your elemental staff! (thanks, Nosteru!)
- added: controls overview in pause menu
- improved: spawn timing
- new display default: borderless fullscreen
- updated: translations
- improved: warning when leaving run and losing progress
- bugfix: certain perks were buffing unrelated spells
