Experimental Version Update

The bot orients along those paths when the actual command is placed not on the map. With such a path the bot tries to maintain a (second) pathway next to the tracks or around a mountain in case of a bottleneck to access the train. There is a default path when no flags are set.[/p][p]- Improvement: Bot only puts rails on the brake track crafter if it was explicitly selected via the emoji[/p][p]- Improvement: Bot can now bring animals to the milk wagon and also uses the milk from it[/p][p]- Improvement: Player and its bot have the same outline. The player name tiles now display whether it’s a bot with a bot icon. Improved Networking Patch & Small fixes

[p]Hi everyone![/p][p][/p][p]Since we got some negative reviews about possible desyncs, we just added some of the features of the next version early on to the main branch. This new version should handle bad network conditions better (handling higher package drop; fluctuating ping etc). It can also fix certain desync conditions but as it's something we can't actually reproduce, we're dependent to hear your opinion! Please comment if you still get desyncs and even better reach out to us on Discord ( discord.gg/unrailed ). Freeze fix & Can't join friends fix [UPDATE]

[p]Hi everyone![/p][p][/p][p]We have an issue with our highscore server hoster and we're working on a fix (unfortunately we seem to be dependent on them at this point).[/p][p]This occasion showed us that the game doesn't handle it as smoothly as it was supposed to. This patch removes all blocking/freezing issues related to that and shows a simple "highscore server cannot be reached" message.[/p][p]Note that we only host the custom maps and the highscores and the rest of the game should be fully functional. That means creating / joining / playing online in private or public sessions should work completely fine even when our highscore server is down.[/p][p]Make sure to update the game and let us know if you have further issues![/p][p][/p][p] Changelog v-557-400fab4[/p]
  • [p]Bug fix: Occasional game freezes (when starting and sometimes later as well) when the highscore server cannot be reached. Now an small notification will appear ("Highscore server cannot be reached.") but the rest of the game should not be affected[/p]
[p]\[Update][/p][p]We also found a major issue where player could not join other players anymore when the highscore server wasn't reached correctly. This has been fixed as well and might have been a huge issue in China for instance.[/p][p][/p][p]Changelog v-557-236fcce[/p]

Cannon Wagon Fixes

[p]Hi everyone![/p][p]We just pushed some important cannon wagon fixes to the main branch. [/p][p][/p][p]Changelog v-557-7c5e26c[/p][p]- Bug fix: Cannon wagon sometimes could bring to game to a start where no one could walk anymore[/p][p]- Bug fix: Cannon wagon now detects when the virtual path gets cut (in labyrinth for instance)[/p][p]- Bug fix: Sometimes it was not possible to place virtual tracks with the cannon wagon flag anymore[/p][p]
