Fixed a bug that would cause characters to teleport to the edge of the stage when performing certain actions near a ledge while touching a wall.
Fixed a bug that would cause characters to teleport in weird directions when their Environmental Collision Box (ECB) was reactivated inside of a wall while near another solid object, such as Kragg's pillar.
Down Throw will now freeze his ECB bottom for longer, preventing him from landing on platforms above him.
This makes it behave essentially the same as it did pre-patch.
Up Throw will now freeze the opponent's ECB bottom, preventing them from landing on platforms above him before the bubbles can hit them in most cases.

Bug fix: Pressing Taunt 2 will now perform the correct taunt when it is unlocked.
Olympia can now cancel Down Special by double tapping the joystick horizontally.
